0n the 18th of June around 09:20 i received a call from Fegri claiming to be one of Vodacom member on the Hello Peter department. Fegri promise me that by the 25th of June my contract will be sorted out and canceled. I received a numerous messages from Vodacom telling me to pay that contract after the 25th of June 2024. I then received a call on the 2nd of July 2024 around 17:30 from Daniel working in post paid department for vodacom and he was asking me to make payment arrangements. I then explain to him the whole story and he then make another case. The lady from Vodacom by the name Joyce called me on the 9th of July 2024 to make payment arrangements. I want to take this opportunity to thank you Hello Peter by making this platform to voice our concern and for others to see the Culprits, keep it up on the great job. I am still fighting Vodacom since April and still it has not been resolved but i hope that through your platform it will eventually be resolved.
I had a problem with them when they lock my home wifi router in April and wanted me to pay month end of April for something i never used. (Dear Vodacom Customer. Your service ticket with reference number EC-1TOE-1D50EN has been closed. Thank you Vodacom.) The message i put in brackets was their response after numerals complain. I recently received the message from Vodacom saying i owe them over R800 for the in-Active home wifi router and i can't even call them as they blocked me because i complain too much.
I joined cartrack because of their recovery compensation when they don't get your car. I was given a call to take a higher package with 2× 10lt of fuel per year. I then make a call mid April to test if they are honest, i was given a different story from the one i was given when applying. I was then advised to escalate the matter, i did that and even asked the recordings but they failed.I was promised that to get recordings it can take up to 48 hours and now am in the 4th week and i wrote them an email on my 3rd waiting week that if they can't get me the recordings am canceling their track because they are not honest and cannot be insured by ****s.
