Good Evening Hope you are well. MTN Phumulani mall (Clayvile) I am writing this email to express how disappointed I am about one of your sales Person called Precious Makrne (hope the surname is correct). She assisted me with an attitude and her manner of approach was off,I'm sure she took me for granted by the way she spoke to me. And she further exchanged words with me ,I'm not sure if MTN has standards for their customers,to say the least I'm sure she's unhappy about her pay (peanuts) hence she doesn't care about customer service/satisfaction. I'll make sure I drag her down if it's the last I'll do,she will learn to respect people and know why she chose to be sales person. Furthermore I was assisted by Nthabiseng which she was a total opposite of that persant called "precious" she was sweet and took her time however she didn't Rica my SIM card,but it's okay. Please make sure Precious goes to customer service classes or get a better job because it's clear she is a sad person. I'll send my complaint to hello Peter ,she needs to be famous for her rudeness.
I had the worst service at Tembisa Ackermans the one near dischem pharmacy (McDonald's center) .there were 2cashiers and long Que...when you doing exchange you have to wait on the side because the person who must authorize for them is far away.(God knows where) As a manager are you not suppose to be working near customer's to oversea everything and make sure the service is fast? Poor cashiers must call them 5 times !!!!!That is not a service promised can they fix their working structure we don't go to Ackermans to champ we have places to go please.
This is actually funny because I read the reviews first before I joined, but due to people recommending it then I joined. Monday my router was delivered and the Ram guy didn’t rica the SIM card ,I’ve been calling since then,after staying on the phone for 2 hours they hang up ,I’m sorry but I want my money back come back and take this nonsense of yours . Why didn’t the ram guy rica my sim because I gave him everything he requested from me? Why should I call for sim activation?? This is disgusting I want my money back because I’ve been calling for the past 3days with no solution.
I am so disgusted by Usave (Emfihlweni) Customer Service,Its pathetic now they should really change or send their stuff to Customer Service Courses because we tolerate nonsense now. I visited the store today 24/08/2020 in the morning the store was closed to to stock taking,then i went back again this afternoon to buy few iterms and requested a cash back, A guy assisted me i don't know his name and he doesn't have a name tag probably that is why he has a sticking attitue! If you working with customers i know a name tag is given hence he ddn't even bother to put it on...As i was to pay for my iterms ,i told him i would like a cash back ,he told me to go outside and wait as there is a line for cash back only....I asked him with a baby on my back and after waiting in the store ? He gave me an unneccessary explanation telling me to ask the security as if the security is hired to do "cashbacks" . I then told him to call the manager ,he came "manager" and requested to some one else after screaming my lungs out because of that boy's attitude. The guy on the till laughed "maybe they were taught to laugh at customers" because me being there pays his salary....He shoud be greated full for having a job in this pandemic. The stuff really needs to change their attitude or ill **** them up ,I've been a Store Manager for 10 years and i know how to treat a customer,If we keep complaining and they lose customers the stuff can lose thier jobs,they need to know they are not doing us favours by being there rather they work for their own personal needs,therefore they need to stop disrespecting customers. Another lady is Nhlamulo i've been quiet for so long giving them a chance but it gets worse by the day, that woman has an attitude its not even funny!!!!! fix your stuff or people like me will do it for you. Prices needs to correspond when you pay at the till point ,their are false advertising iterms and is disgusting please.
On the 25 of August 2018 i ccalled standard bank requeasting for holiday payment as i lost my job and was not gonna be able to pay for few months up until i get a job. I got the forms and everything i filled them and submitted to scott phyllis who was assisting me and when she couldnt get hold of me she would send an email on the 8th she claimed she had called me while she did not and my request was approved but she never told me and there is a lady who called me afterwards saying they tried to call me but on the 8th of September there is no record of any missed call in my phone from Standard bank and i was always available which she provided false information my bank card ia in arrears bcus i cant pay for my car. If Scott had called on the 8th and couldnt get hold of me why she ddnt send me an email as she did before can someone please help me with this whole thing
Good Evining Im writting this with disbelief of a customer service i got at Alexander phobes today in Sandton people wake up to go and work for their families but when they get to work they forget why they are there so i got to reception i was assisted by Nombuso a very rude lady not smilling and shouting as if she has kids there number 2 i got there to be assisted about a claim if it was made and i sat there for a consultant to call me sat there for 30munites while they did nothing but gossiping about a guest who wont lottery who is crazy a lady called Busi asked them to assist me and they brushed her off telling her its not her department she should shut up they stood there and gossip and an ugly lady said" its not like she has been here forever " im not sure if this is the kind of a service we should be given its so disgusting after all the gossip the other lady called me. So its disgusting that i had to wait for gossip and the rude service i got. Im really ****ed.
Today i went to poly clinic in vosloorus there were 5 ladies sitting at reception and no one wanted to assist us as they were doing a video call and all smilling but not assisstimg sick patients please get to the bottom of this as this is disgusting and pathetic
26 of August 2018 i was driving to johannesburg i stopped by montrose to fill my petrol and i poured 340 and my petrol gadge ddnt go up as usual i asked them they all laughed telling me clio renault are all like that its not only me i asked them why all this while it was going up after pouring only today i ddnt that means they ddnt pour my petrol of 340 i called and it went to debonairs and i gave them the message no one has called me back all i want is my money back.They steal if you know what is good for you do not go there to pour petrol because they steal.i was assisted by Ellias and a manager came i gave him my details but no one has called me.
I met with Mr Pillay yesterday And we spoke about the issues everything ironed out and im happy. Thank you Sagren Pillay for your help yesterday... And thank you to Debbie as well Great Customer Service Im happy....
In April 2018 i bought a car blue clio renault at Olgars Autos 2013 Model its still under warranty. However on the 19 of January 2018 my car broke down electrical problem as the dash was smoking. Took it to renault and this was found:body damage of paint work done on the following Areas...1. Left front fender. 2.left front post 3.welding that has turned to tust. The wiring has burnt out in the area where body work has been done. The wiring has been tampered into previously for aftermarket fitments. All this was sold to me by Olgars autos in Nigel and they are declining a qoute i sent to them as i bought the car as it is ànd thats why i took it to renault because i thought it was warranty covered i dont want their car anymore i want them to take their car and give me credit please take you car because when i bought it no one explained to me that tge car has to colours red and blue and they left a tracker lose as well which means it was only disconnected from the battery but it was never removed. And they are saying they took the car to service and nothing was wrong yes... the car was taken to service for mechenical not electrical. NB:DONT BUY ANY CAR FROM OLGARS AUTOS ITS BULL****!!!!!!!! YOU WILL THANK ME LATER.....
