My lawyers have sent Online parts an email requesting the full refund as they promised on google reviews. They still have not rectified the issue. We now have to take these lying **** artists to court.
I purchased an oil Pump from online car parts in Randburg, on fitting the Pump we found that there was no oil pressure. I returned the Pump, gave it to Pravesh , Keegan the salesman had left your company. Pravesh asked for my mechanic to come explain. I brought my mechanic to the meeting however it got heated up. I left the Pump with Pravesh and asked for a report from manufacturers. I was also told that the Pump was an original brand new OEM, I asked for the proof thereof.. To no Avail After many messages and me coming in several times with no replies, I'm now sending this to the public to be aware of what this company is all about. I was also told that the courier company has lost the Pump, this is unacceptable and want a refund or a replacement part. I was also told that the owner hasn't got money to replace the part and asked me to pay half for the part??????? I have been on your reviews and this seems to be your excuse with other customers as well, that parts got lost or damaged by the courier. I am totally appalled with your service and the way I was treated. I will be reporting this to SAPS and the ombudsman, CPA and all relevant parties. Case numbers to follow.
Please stay away and never book this disgusting airline! Arrived during the grace period 13 minutes before departure and was not allowed to board the flight! They said I was 1minute late but this was not the case! OR Thambo did not have cameras to even check footage what a joke!! NOXOLO is the most unhelpful "manager" I have ever seen in my life and she knows she is in the wrong!

I have been with FNB my whole Life, 1. They failed to provide me with a bond where standard bank gave me one with an incredible rate. 2. I've had my business account with FNB for 2.5 years, they have not even issued me with a loan or assistance in growing my business. 3. Their service is shocking and leave you going in circles even though you pay a premium being a private wealth banker. Look at other banks who will assist you in growing personally and as a business. All FNB does is take your money.
