Had my year end function year, food was lovely and service great. But when it comes to refunds and doing what is right by the customer, there is a huge fuss. Making it a completely unpleasant experience. Still waiting.

Uber eats did R2400 ***** on my standard bank account. I logged a call Ref:14659267 on the 11th of March. When i called in on the 18th of March no one knew anything about this ticket. It was said that it would be escalates but still today another week later on the 24th of March no one has called me or given me any information. Pathetic service.
Try R2400 *****!!! Uber and banks are nothing but a ****!!! Then you have to log a separate ticket for each uber amount that went goes, but all your other tickets get closed due to the 1st one being attended to. With no one personal to speak to. Uber eats sucks!!!!!
As a first time applicant for a rental in Boksburg, I have had horrible experience. Sales lady by the name of Rushda, helped me with an application for a rental at Villa Celeste Complex behind east rand mall. I have had to continuously follow up, friday i was told to give it until Monday. It is now Monday and it seems as though I have been blocked on whats app, Rushda is not answering my calls. This is horrific service. Communication is bad. I work in a customer service business and I would never treat any customer like this, need alone keep them waiting on an answer.
I have been calling FNB continuously the entire day, either your systems are offline or you have *********** people who don't know what they doing. On Monday 8/1/2024 I called in requesting a paid up letter to be sent to me on my email for my Gold credit card. I was promised it would be done. I still have not received anything. I called multiple times today to only be told your system is offline. What the hell??? Couldn't even take my details to call me back when your systems are online. What kind of customer service??
In December 2023 I had fully paid up all my accounts yet Debtline still debts my account. They say because they have not received a paid up letter from FNB (which FNB themselves say they have sent to debtline), they will still debt you. When I called in on Monday 8/1/2024 I was told a supervisor would call me but cannot say when the supervisor will call me. It is now 2 days later and no call or email or update. Us as clients to debtline pay a SERVICE FEE monthly to you guys, and guess what? I have to run around, I have to constantly follow up on my own query, I have to fight with FNB. So what is the purpose have having you guys???? Just to take our money???? It's pathetic service!! And I would NOT recommend you to anyone. I will share this with everyone I know. I would never even dare treat my clients like this.
I would just like to say how shocked I am at one of your products "Natures Garden country stir fry". After cooking a delicious meal, to having 3 of my family members choking and what seems to be thorns. How distgusting. I had to ask my kids to stop eating as we weren't sure which bunch had them. This is completely unacceptable and a health risk!! Are your products not checked before being sealed in packaging?? Please explain what is going to be done about this. I will not recommend that anyone buys this frozen vegetable
