Woolworths should just get rid of the dash delivery offering cause they are not fit enough to operate an app! Either that or their should up their game and get their act together and get advice from checkers 360 or something!
FNB had a problem with the Stokvel accounts yesterday. Now the money captured yesterday is stuck under balance and we now all have to go to a branch to resolve this issue. I don’t understand why this must be an inconvenience to us yet the fault is with FNB! What a frustrating bank
I used to think this is the best fibre provider until recently! I have been without connection for 2 days now apparently because they made a mishap on my account in September! I paid the outstanding September balance and still my service is disconnected. Ontop of it all they want to charge me for a mistake they made! I’m honestly so over it with Metrofibre. They seem to be losing the plot
What a disappointing logistics company! I truly wish Shein left my order in the care of Buffalo because this logistics company is not the way to go! My order is so delayed and there’s no communication from them! I’ve been trying to contact them with no success
So disappointed with the service. When I called book express for a quote I was told I need to pay R1 000.00 in order for me to get a quote to ensure that I’m not waisting their time working on it for nothing. I paid the money and almost a month later I’m still waiting on this quotation. Shereen said the email was sent and I must check my junk mail but there was nothing since then I have been chasing and begging for this quotation. If I knew the service would be this ridiculous I would’ve honestly just went elsewhere where they will treat my order as priority! So quick to tell me they are one of the best in the game yet this is the service I get? Disgusting
Nothing is as frustrating as the visiting terms and conditions that change daily at Tshepo Temba hospital. 10-11,3-4 and 7-8? Visiting hours even for the moms who just gave birth and their kids are in intensive care? Now the mom must sit worried about her child and forced to deal with the emotions alone because visiting conditions are ridiculous? They honestly need to do better and be considerate to new moms as well as the families. This is how people end up with PTSD.
I ordered from Nando’s leaping frog at 20:05 I got my order at 22:00 on top of that my order came incomplete. My peri chips which I paid for were not included. I tried to call the store and there was no answer.
There is nothing I appreciate like getting good service especially at the bank! I want to say thank you so much to Mpho Mofokeng from the FNB Protea Branch for giving me such amazing service and patiently so! We need many more people like you in our banks so that people like me don’t have to dread walking into a branch!
On the 2nd of December I got a message that my parcel was going to be delivered. I waited till about the 13th and Homechoice did a follow up. 28th December I got an sms saying it was out for delivery. I called them and ask them to deliver from the 2nd Of Jan as I wasn’t around. Called on the 3rd or 4th of Jan I was told it would be delivered the next day. I called again 2 days ago I was told it would be delivered by the 10th. I’m really getting frustrated considering I am paying for something that I don’t even have
So quick to make sales calls yet incompetent when it comes to customer service. This Unathi lady was basically falling asleep while assisting me. To show she isn’t clued up about the product she kept telling me to switch on buttons at the back. I’m sitting with a washing machine that’s brand new yet it doesn’t work! Ivey they will be quick to deduct at the end of the month! I’m so upset
