I have my new tenant moving in on Tuesday 3rd May, and need this package with boosters installed and working as part of my contract. I will sign up with another company if this is not delivered, installed and up and running by Wednesday. I think I have really played my part to try and stay loyal to Vodacom. ordered a product from one deal a day. it arrived and was not working and obviously terrible quality. I notified one deal a day 3 times and have not been contacted .
Purchased a brand new comfortline inverter to heat my pool. The recommendation came from Chez. Assured me that the performance is excellent with long warranty. The heating ability is terrible and now I cannot get Chez to come back and sort out the problem. Have tried to get hold of him since 15 November with no success. Promises to call back or resolve the issue are never met. Very disappointing company to deal with I am sad to say.
BOUGHT A FRIDGE DOUBLE DOOR , MIRROR FINISH WITH WATER AND ICE DISPENSER FRO THE DOOR. I PURCHASED IT LATE 2010. I WAS TOLD IT WAS NEW TO THE MARKET WHEN I PURCHASED IT. 2 TIMES IN THE PAST IT HAS GIVEN PROBLEMS WHERE THE FIRST TIME IT WAS FIXED UNDER WARRANTY. SECOND TIME WAS AN EXPENSIVE REPAIR. DURING LATE DECEMBER 2019 THE FRIDGE COMPLETELY STOPPED WORKING. REPAIR TEAM FROM SAMSUNG CAME BY AND IDENTIFIED IT WAS THE MOTHERBOARD. APPROXIMATELY R1800 TO REPAIR. I GAVE THE GO AHEAD. A FEW DAYS LATER I WAS CONTACTED TO SAY THE FRIDGE WAS DISCONTINUED AND THAT THERE IS NO PART AVAILABLE. SAMSUNG LEFT IT AT THAT. NO OFFER TO GET THE PART OR ANY OTHER SERVICE ORIENTATED REPLY. AS A LOYAL SAMSUNG FAN ( WATCHES 6 X AIRCONDITIONERS FRIDGE WASHING MACHINE TUMBLE DRYER DISHWASHER ) I FEEL VERY MISTREATED
I PLACED AN ORDER AND PAID FOR IT ON 2 SEPT 2019.. TAKEALOT CANCELLED THE ORDER AND STILL HAVENT REFUNDED MY MONEY I HAVE REQUESTED IT AND NOT EVEN A RESPONSE FROM THEM
i took my i pad in to we fix melrose arch on 20 Oct 2018 to replace the battery i was told that a battery was put in by the technician the next day, but it was not working so a new one needed to be ordered, told that it would arrive on Monday 29 October and technician would have it ready on 30 Oct. after no contact i enquired and was told the technician would only be doing it on wed 31 Oct. that date came and went with no contact. in frustration I contacted again on 1 Nov and was told it was still being worked on . Manager nomsa not available. i left a message for her to call me. Friday 2 Nov no contact from manager, but was called to say the i pad was ready and messaged as well. short while later i was called again to say that the touchpad was ghost typing and would have to be replaced at my cost. there was no such problem when I brought it in so I objected. the best I was offered was a 5% discount. i collected it on Saturday 3 Nov and once again I strongly objected to paying for a repair that needed to be done that was not faulty when i brought it in. The technician told me that I should have been told that things can go wrong when repairs take place as the item is sensitive, He showed me my old touchpad and said that it was still perfect, but during opening and closing things can go wrong and cause a problem. I was never told, warned about this. the regional Manager Ike was contacted about my complaint and he told the staff member on duty to give me a 10% discount. i had no option but to pay the amount as i needed my i pad. the situation is very concerning and not fair business practice in my opinion. I believe i should not have been charged for a repair that was necessary due to something that went wrong during the work done on my i pad. I feel unfairly charged
ON THE 26 FEBRUARY MY PARTNER AND I ATTENDED A PRESENTATION IN BEDFORDVIEW. EXCELLENT PRESENTATION GIVEN BY ERROL SHOWING MIN 40% SAVING ON ANY BOOKING WE COULD MAKE FOR ACCOMODATION IN MANY DIFFERENT COUNTRIES INCLUDING SOUTH AFRICA. AFTER THE PRESENTATION WESLEY BUCHANAN CONSULTED WITH US AND WE SIGNED UP AND PAID. THE EXPLICIT ASSURANCE GIVEN WAS THAT WITHIN 72 HOURS WE WOULD BE CONTACTED BY EITHER NOLENE PICKARD OR YOLANDI DE VRIES. WE WOULD THEN HAVE OUR CONTRACT ACTIVATED AND WE COULD START ENJOYING THE NUMEROUS BENEFITS OF VHI. MY CONTRACT IS VHI 402894 ON 27 FEB I RECEIVED A SMS OF CONGRATULATIONS SAYING MY AGREEMENT IS IN TRANSIT AND A WELCOME LETTER WILL BE EMAILED SHORTLY. 72 HOURS PASSED AND THERE WAS NO CONTACT. I CALLED TO SPEAK TO EITHER OF THE 2 LADIES MENTIONED OR TO WESLEY. THE LADY I SPOKE TO MAGGIE REFUSED TO PUT ME THROUGH OR GIVE ME WESLEY CELL NO. SHE SAID THAT THE DOCUMENTS WERE NOT RECEIVED YET AS THEY GO BY POST. SHE SAID THAT BECAUSE OF THE POOR SERVICE OF SA POSTAL SERVICES IT COULD TAKE ANY AMOUNT OF TIME TO BE RECEIVED AND ONLY THEN WOULD I BE CONTACTED AND THE ACCOUNT ACTIVATED. I THEN SCANNED AND E MAILED ALL THE SIGNED DOCUMENTS TO VHI INCLUDING MY PAYMENT AND ALSO THE COMPLAINT I HAD RELATING TO WHAT I WAS PROMISED. NO REPLY 2 DAYS LATER I CALLED BACK AND SPOKE TO A LADY WHO SAID THAT THE PROCESS COULD TAKE BETWEEN 8 TO 12 WEEKS. I WAS ANNOYED AND SHE PUT ME THROUGH TO ELSABIE LABUSCHAGNE. SHE ASKED ME TO MAIL TO SEND HER THE MAIL THAT I HAD SENT. ELSABIE SAID AS VHI THEY WOULD ALWAYS BACK UP THE PROMISES MADE BY THEIR CONSULTANTS I RE MAILED THE INFORMATION TO HER 3 TIMES AND HAVE NO RESPONSE TO DATE PROMISES MADE NOT KEPT.....CANT GET HOLD OF THE PEOPLE WHO I WAS TOLD WOULD SERVICE MY ACCOUNT.........BLAMING POSTAL SERVICES TO NOT ACTIVATE AND HONOUR MY PAID CONTRACT.........CANT GET A CELL NUMBER OF THE SALES CONSULTANT WESLEY BUCHANAN. THIS CERTAINLY APPEARS TO BE A SCAM OF NOTE.
