Very angry with pick n pay express at BP garage in grassy park cape town. My father came to pay his DSTV account and the cashier who's name is Shereen put it through as SABC an amount of R1220...Spoke to the manager named twaha his got a huge attitude and they laugh at you as if you making a joke
Tekkie town has the worst courier service and very rude drivers i wouldn't advice anyone to order online from them, i ordered sneakers and the parcel was out for delivery 3 times then later it shows on the tracking fail to deliver. I gave my work address The driver called me on a Saturday morning i told him we close at 12.30 can he perhaps then drop it at my home address he refused to he told me to meet him somewhere i then told him i cant meet him somewhere... He started becoming rude and accusing me of forcing him to come to my home address i told him im not forcing him i was merely asking and he just carried on accusing me and he didn't even give me a chance to speak when i asked for his name he hung up on me...i am so upset and disappointed with this terrible service
I am so disappointed in this courier company I ordered from identity online and unfortunately identity uses this useless company to deliver their parcels i received an sms on the 19 September that my parcel will be delivered i received nothing today I was told on the 20th my parcel will be delivered still haven't received anything... This is beyond the the worst courier company
I am furious with nedbank as before they deducted greenback funds from my account without my permission where as i had to cancel it and still had to pay it as well... I dont use my nedbank account for a while now and when i recently checked my account i noticed that nedbank has been deducting greenback funds from my account once again leaving my account in a minus which i think its wrong and unfair towards me...i think its purely theft!
Me and my father was at GRASSY PARK POLICE STATION ... We had a terrible experience with Sargent crowster on duty as he was very disrespectful towards us. I was waiting long in line to certify documents then he decided to help the people who came after me with affidavits and i had to wait longer...when my father told him that its wrong he became rude and arrogant speaking rudely to my father no respect for the public or even elderly people...he even came to the point of calling us pathetic...how can we trust the police to protect us if they treat us like this.... Im very disappointed and disgusted by the treatment we received
I ordered a jacket online from Mr price paid for it and everything then 2 days after I received an email to say it's been canceled and I have to wait 7 days for my refund... What nonsense is this? How do you advertise stock online then get notified its out of stock... When I asked the call center operator if they could perhaps check if any stores has the jacket for me because I need it for next weekend I was told no... That I needed to wait 7 days for my money... I can't wait 7 days.. This is the worst terrible service ever I've experienced... How do you advertise something that's not in stock ...?
Good day I am highly disappointed in OK MINI in LOTUS RIVER. First of all myself and my father went to buy a few things. While looking for what we need we noticed staff members including some clients walking without masks which is against the law of the country as it is compulsory to wear a mask when indoors especially when you are working with food. My father then approached the manager which isn't the first time regarding the matter. The clients walking without masks then started arguing with us saying that its not necessary to wear a mask as its a thing of the past well not according to the regulation that was implemented. While at the till the cashier named SADEEKA PETERSEN rudely interrupted my father saying that he should be quiet as we are attacking their clients. Bare in mind that we also clients who are following protocol but we get told to be quiet instead of telling their clients to wear masks because the whole purpose of wearing masks is to protect one another. SADEEKA PETERSEN was so rude and I did not appreciate her tone she had with us. I told her to return my money as I am not doing business with them if they treat their clients horrible. I told her I am going to report her and she blatantly said she does not care she isn't afraid of me and told me she has 10 years of customer experience. Where she got her training makes me wonder because she doesn't know how to handle a customer. I then overheard her murmuring under her mask calling me stupid and made a comment about my religion saying something in afrikaans about us just coming out of church. I felt attacked and very disappointed in the service as well as the staff. Even though her manager told her to be quiet she did not even listen to him she said " NO FOR WHAT". I am very disappointed in this service and will never be going to that shop again.
I'm highly disappointed I took out a cellphone contract at telkom kenilworth 1 month ago Phone broke technical issue with the motherboard Took the phone back was told it would be sent to the repair center and it will take about 21 days...in 2 days time I received an sms saying I need to pay R3500 to repair the phone as it is out of warranty I declined the quote because why should I pay for something that's not my fault Now i have to pay R198 just to get a broken phone back I'm highly disappointed in telkom as this is the most terrible service ever If they not going to fix my phone I'm not going to leave it like this even If I have to take it further I will!
Ive had it with supersonic... 2 week's ago i put up a review on here letting out all my frustrations immediately Daniel from supersonic replied to my complaint made it sound like he will help me sort out my problem and that it would take 7 days to sort it out and said he would send me an email aswell... Well its been 2 damn weeks and im still waiting... How do i know if supersonics going to take my money from my account this month again if i don't even know if my subscriptions been canceled properly because they cant even do that right! So frustrated with them!
Im very unhappy about my experience with supersonic I canceled my supersonic and i was told that im paid up for October and that i wont be paying anymore because i canceled... 25th October my account was debited with R998! I called the call center twice i get put on hold for more than 30 minutes then the call dies. I am so furious with supersonic as this is ridiculous!
