I am quite unhappy with bash delivery. Their courier guy was so rude. Called me while was in a meeting and I couldn't get answer and immediately got back to him after the meeting only for the guy Mokibe Soka to be quite rude and tell me why am I not answering his call and im wasting his time. I tried to explain to him and apologize thwt I was in a meeting and he still proceeded to be rude and tell me that he is also at work and im wasting his time. This is quite poor and distasteful customers service from your delivery guy, I don't know whether I was supposed to leave my meeting and attend to him. If this is how your delivery guys are trained or the kind of third party service providers you use, People must be cautious of using your service as they will find themselves with a ruined friday morning. No care for customers at all and this is one of the reasons we go for online shopping to minimize such bad customer experience but yet here we are.
5 star service, Mr Tshukudu provided support and help throughout the whole journey of the car rental and enjoyed the car and just made my trip so much better. I would highly recommend Neo-Star Car Rentals
I am experiencing such bad customer service from voxx. I have been using them for the past 2 years and I recently moved to a new province and their service has just been poor. There's been challenges with activating my line from vumatell and I have been the one who has to call vumatell and keep following up while vox is not assisting. Currently vumatell have told me that they are waiting voxx to release the previous tenant who's using the line I am supposed to be using. It's been over 2 weeks now, no internet and losing business and clients. This is quite poor from voxx
I've been trying to open another business account for the past two weeks but been struggling so much with fnb. They took so long to send documents that need to signed and send documents that are incorrect or zip folders with no files in them and then I'll have to them numerous times to get them to move and when you call them sometimes their lines are so bad. This is really bad services and is going to have a negative impact on my business and opportunities. It's been over two weeks I just cant believe it just to open an account when it took two days with the first account.
Your Uber eats driver with name guven is rude and have poor customer care all they are after or they care about is them just making their delivery. I ordered from chicken licken in Bloemfontein, your driver arrived and tried to contact me but unfortunately couldn't get a hold of me due to network issues as I was getting messages of his calls not coming or I would answer and it would hang up. I kept texting him on the app and even sent him messages to call on an alternative number if he is outside so that I could ask a colleague to come get the food. Your driver just decided to leave the food outside at the gate on a busy street and when I got there he was speeding off and the food was gone. I tried calling him through Uber and finally got a hold of him just for him to be rude and hang up. If this is how your drivers treat us then it's best not use Uber. I understand your 8min waiting rule but he could have taken food with, why leave it in the street thats busy with people passing?? Where's the customer care. He could have taken with and when I called I could have came to the restaurant or to him to pick it up? And why be rude and just hang up without us resolving the issue??
Good day I have been getting deductions from my account for the past three months for R50 for show max but yet when I login on my account it says there's no payment method in my account, but yet every month on my account there's a R49 deductions
Im quite disappointed with the service I am getting from tyres.co.za, I bough tyres from the and the fitting date was supposed to be yesterday at 12H30, I never get any communication to say that the tyres werent delivered, only after reaching out to them they tell me that theres a problem with delivery and they wont be able to fit at the arranged time and date, at that time I have already moved meetings which is a loss to me. The guy told me that he would communicate with me before 9am for today and 4 hours later I am still waiting and no communication. This is really not taking your customers seriously and not thinking how your failure to deliver on products affects their lives and work...wouldnt recommend tyres,co,za...if they cant simply communicate and keep you up to date and do their best to deliver as stated in their website.
This must be my third complaint, the service at your company is so bad, I would never recommend anyone to use NRE, it just keep getting worse n worse. Your agents don't care at all about their clients, they don't respond to emails and just ignore emails and only call when its kn their best interest which is money. I placed an notice to vacate at the end of August that I will be moving out at the end of September. A moving out inspection was scheduled by your agent Ike van zyl scheduled a moving out inspection at the end of August, i had to drop my work to make time to attend that moving oit inspection. At a later stage a week before end of September as I have to move out i get told that the moving out inspection that was done at the end of August was a mistake and another one has to be done at the end of September when I move out. Who do I charge for the time I lost and fuel for that end of August inspection?? Yet again I have to drop my job and go for the 2nd moving out inspection at end of September. I talked to your agent Zandre who was very friendly and arranged with her that the rent for October should be settled from my deposit and we agreed and she told me she will inform the accounts department. Days later I keep getting letters and calls and your agents didn't do what she said she will do. Now I am still getting emails and texts that I owe rent meaning the arrangement I made with your agent n that she agreed to was never put in place. Moving out inspection was done over a month ago but my account is still not finalized. I emailed zandre to find out on what's happening but I got no response and my emails that I have sent over a week ago have been ignored. I don't understand whats so difficult to get back to your clients and what's so difficult to close the account as everything has been done, the flat had a lot of damages that were never sorted out when I was staying there and everything is as it is when I moved out with no new damages. So now I keep getting penalties added to my account but yet I have played my part on my side but your agents are failing me. Why must we always come to hellopeter to get help from national real estate but yet you guys are paying people to take care of your clients and now we must bare the repercussions of your agents messing up and not doing their jobs or keeping to their words. This is really a headache and quite irritating from such a big company
Poor service when it comes to service and communication. I have lodged e maintenance log with regards to my bathroom lights and over a week and a half I have not received any communication nor have they been fixed. I would replace them myself but these are those ceiling lights. What's bothering me is I have emailed my portfolio manager and even logged in a maintenance complaint but nothing so far, just weeks of inconvenience when going to the bathroom. I put a notice of moving out on this month end and an agent called to set up a moving out inspection at the beginning of this month, had to request for some time off and move meetings to make it to the inspection, now I am told that was not the moving out inspection and another one has to be made, what will i be saying to my boss regarding asking for time off and telling her that I am going for a an inspection again, why two inspections because on the electronic form i signed it says moving out inspection. I don't understand its like the people working at NRE aren't sure about what they are doing and this causing a lot inconvenience on my side and the time I am losing and the risk with regards to my job. Why did I attend and sign for a moving out inspection if that was not it? where am i going to take the time to make it to attend another one? why is it so difficult for your agents to attend to their emails and queries and why is maintenance such a difficult issue??? Why does one always have to come to hellopeter to get a response from NRE??? I placed a moving out inspection mid last month and on your website it states that there would be a fee charged for late notices to move out, haven't received any clarity regarding that, and now I receive statement for the month of October but yet I submitted a notice that I am moving out on the 1st of October 2020.
I recently placed a credit application on your online portal at incredible connection. The application was approved and I had to go to the store in Bloemfontein. I went to the store and submitted all required documents, after spending close to an hour with the credit clerk doing the application I was told the system had frozen and we can't finish the application, I suggested that I don't mind waiting but was told to come tomorrow as they were in a hurry to close the store. I told the credit clerk that I work in various sites and might not be available in Bloemfontein hence i am insisting to wait till they get their system correct or restart it. They still insisted that I come in on another day and they will be waiting for me. This was after it was confirmed that the phone is in store as I initially wanted the samsung a71 dual sim but was told that they only have the a71 single sim and I said its fine ill take it. This was last week on the 8th of July 2020. This week I again visited the store, to complete the application, again there was another problem with confirming the debit order as i was told that the speedpoint isnt working and was told to go to my bank to authorize it, went to the bank and got there and there is no request. I went back to the shop and was told to wait for it to come later, this is after again spending an hour whereby I should be at work. The following day I didn't get any request to confirm, no follow up from the incredible connection I again had to call them using my airtime and was told they had forgotten but they will do it. Yet again nothing. The following day again I am the one to call with no follow up from the store, I even had to go as far as suggesting that since the method of confirming isnt working I will go to the bethlehem shop as I was in bethlehem on work as their speedpoint might be working and we can authorize the debit order/debicheck and get passed that stage so that the deal can be finalized, Again I took time from work spent an hour at bethlehem but couldnt get help due to technical problems with the system again. Today I called the bloemfontein shop yet again to request that they try the debi check again, no follow ups or anything regarding my application. Finally somehow today shockingly I get asked SDS or something like that, 5 questions about what accounts i have etc to verify and suddenly I get the OTP that I have been running all over the country and wasting time and airtime and other resources and risking my job. I was assured that I would get the phone this week during the time of being sent from pillar to post. A few hours later again after calling them yet again and no follow up, I ask what's happening and then am told that the deal has been approved but the phone isn't in the shop and can only receive it next week tuesday This is really upsetting after spending so much time and risking so much, why wasn't I told that the phone isn't in store and they have run out, I have lost so much regarding this with regards to doing my work, business calls and emails. As JD GROUP you pride yourselves on great customer care but I certainly didn't get that or is it only select special that receive the great customer service from your shops? This is the worst ever service I have gotten from a shop, you would swear that I am being done a favour here, but come month end when I can't make payments you won't even give me the same understanding and patience I have been giving you guys, instead I will be getting numerous calls requesting payment but yet you guys dont deliver
