I was at exclusive book in the Pavilion branch Durban wanting to return a book i had purchased it was no longer needed. I had the original docket on hand yet i think shes a supervisor told me that they had to return the cash to the card. Now shes stating that shes needing the bank slip to process the refund or i take something else yet i didn't need anything else. "Exclusive book will gladly refund or exchange purchases in perfect condition within 45 days of original purchase, provided you have an original receipt" Thats the policy stated at the back of the slip yet shes only quoting refund will be made according to the method of payment. if the bank slip is required when there is a refund why is it not stated or why do the cashiers advise the customer when making a purchase. Why don't they staple everything together if its needed? the manner and attitude which the issue was handles was disappointing, she needs training on how to handle customer or either learn from the cashier as she was the one with the right customer service.
I got a call this morning at 9 from one of the delivery guys to inform me about my parcel and that he will be delivering it, I them told him to leave the parcel with the security at work as I am not at work he said he cannot. I left home and was at work by 10 o'clock I phoned him he then tell me a story that he will start at Springfield then drop of my item. Hours passed he started rejecting my calls I ended up leaving at 14:00 as I couldn't wait anymore. He calls around 16:00 that he is dropping the parcel and leaving it with the same security that he initially said he couldn't Service was very pathetic and the guy was just indifferent.
Great customer service experience at Bathu pavilion from Nkosi. Ineeded a specific shoe and he kept me informed up until I did the purchase. Guy is always friendly and helpful. KUDO'S Nkosi
i bought a lawn machine in April, in October the machine started to have problems Rosemary informed me that because of their policy they have to send it back for repairs even though it was still under warranty , to send it back it will take 21 days for them to fix or check whatever they need to check, 21 days has passed i haven't received a call and when i call it rings one way no one picks up. The store manager assured me that she will personally get back to me and she hasn't the service is pathetic ,the policy is pathetic not sure if they also racially profiling us or not but we need feed back.

good day, please can someone assist i have logged a call regarding a *****ulent credit card opened under my name. i have been emailing and no is coming back to me. this has hindered my well being as now i can get credit. i dont have a mass mart credit card and i dont understand how your security process works was this confirmed, is this an inside job. i need answers ASAP and i need this sorted can someone give me feedback.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had an account under my name homechoice I don't Understand how they verify people's information but they security socks big time now I have bad credit for not paying off an account that I don't have any dealing with my life has been turned upside down and there is nothing that they are will to help with.
Good day I had a contract with telkom that expired after that they kept on billing but still giving the data i phoned to find out why this was happening and they said I need to go to an outlet when I went to the out let in pavilion I was told that they can't do it but it can be done online yet the service was down .now all of their platforms that they are using are not being if assistance. Billing continued an it happened that I had no funds in my account donut bounced following month I was charged twice of which that was fair another month went by and I was charged +-R305 if which I reversed as I was not aware what's it for the out let again explained that if a transaction bounced they charge you +- R200 why is this happening after 3 months the incident occured? A call was logged and on the 39th and i spoke to Jason he advised that the bill has been disputed and I will not be charged anything if I get debited I need to go to an out let and they will transfer the funds back in my account. I was there just now and again they don't have a clue what I am talking about I am running up and down waisting time and fuel to have a matter that was poorly communicated resolved . Another call was logged today and I spoke to an agent that was rude and didn't have the time and he also said Jason was telling me lies and doesn't know what he was talking about but who in telkom knows what they talking about as this has been back and forth I need help and I need my money back
