Bad Communication after making payment
Horrible experience with an employee named Morufe who failed to communicate no matter how many emails you sent to her; she would constantly make promises that she failed to honor.

KFC HAZELDEAN - MISSING ORDERS
I bought All star box which and to my suprise there was no zingers in the box and at this point i was at the office, when i tried to enquire abouy this from the store the manager said she would get back to me in 5 minutes & its now 5:40pm and i layed my complaint at 13:40pm. And mind you this was not my first run in woth them i once bought box for 1 and on drive through at the same store of which when i opened the box i found 1 piece of chicken & nothing else luckily i was still in the premises and i went back.

Deceiving and dishonest money making scheme :( This is to warn anyone planning to sign up with this NONSENSE, firstly they will call you and promise you nice vacations which is just rubbish. I was told that i could cancel at any given time but when i decided to cancel after a month i was told i needed to pay cancellation fee which was my 6 months premium. This is utter rubbish something must be done to stop this stupid company from robbing people of their money. This company lies and deceives people.

Staff rudeness and disrespectfulness
I always go to the soshanguve pick & pay plaza they are always offline for sipping when one gentleman in front of me asked why it's always off the cashier was very rude when the gentlemen asked why there was no notice ase he stood a long que foe nothing the ladies became aggressive. Then when it was our turn i asked the same question when the cashier was about to reply some rude Kade from the store started swearing at my mother and I saying the manager doesn't loose anything even if we don't buy she started cursing at us. I will not set my foot in this store ever again the staff is rude and very much disrespectful.

Rubbish service Steers Mabopane Square
I ordered online for collect at steers mabopane square at around 18:20. I went to collect my order at around 19:00 and was told that the order is on there on their system even though I had the email that confirmed my order I had to wait after beine assisted at 19:20 an hour later I was stil waiting for my order. The staff is not organized theres no form of social distancing. Why should I order online only to be told such it is soo Iritating and unprofessional.

Great service
I would like to commend auto and general for their outstanding service. My child broke my television screen by mistake with his toys i contacted them they approved the claim and the tv was replaced within a week. May they continue with their great service.

Rotten products
I bought my favorite Cranberry cooler at shoprite only to find that it had some particles inside i tried to notify Liqui fruit on their Facebook page by posting a photo of those particles that were in that juice, i was asked to leave my contacta which i did but no one has ever gotten back to me.

Bad service Telkom Kolonade
I visited telkom kolonade mall in the hope of buying a cellphone today but the service was disgusting. I walked into the shop and was given no attention, i wanted more info on the fone i wanted to buy huawei Y7 and no1 came to attens to me while all the staff set laughing at the tills. When i asked this one lady to assist all she said was thats all we have with bad attitude. I wanted that phone so bad i drove all the way there for bad attitude. I left the store immidiately. Nxa????

Rubbish service ???
I ordered my meal online and got a confirmation from these people at 19.30 and now its 20.55 and my food is not delivered i have been trying to call them like 4 times and no one is picking up. How do we tolerate such things this is so bad i donot even have words for such nonsense now i am off to bed on an empty stomach because of such service. Highly disappointed!!

The branch called me in and i was assited by their wonderful manager Khaya or Khaya she was amaizing felt like we had been friends for years she made me feel so welcome and assisted me in finaly opening my account Thank u soo much
