How can a company like Vodacom have call centers when they just drop the calls whenever they like. How are you as a customer to solve a problem. Stores can't help us now this is how they treat customers.
What a nice 0 rated service from Tekkie Town Northridge Mall. Had to leave all the products just on the counter and take my cash and go. How can you appoint staff that haven't got a clue what's going on in the shop?
Been promised bonus recurring data when I upgraded. Every month I have to phone in 5 times before they can sort out my problem. The call center keep on dropping the calls if they hear its a problem. What kind of network is this
Mtn did an upgrade without informing the customer that it is a contract renewal. No analysis was done to suit the customer's needs. No device. And after the customer want to to reverse the deal they simply refused. Then gave the customer the option if they want to cancel, they can but they WILL give a penalty fee. Where on earth was the needs of the customer looked at. Don't customers have the option to be explained clearly what MTN are doing to the contract. I will NEVER take a contact with MTN again. The service was by far worse than any of the other service providers and that itself is just a slap in the face.
Two days in a row that I got bad service from the staff. Had to buy lunch at other places due to the lack of service. Even the manager just did not care. It is sad that such a good restaurant had this service

After 4 repairs on my car it has the same problem. Tried to contact the owner but after almost 2 weeks he refuse to come back to me. 9 cars bought at Lindsey Saker Bloemfontein and never again. Worst repair team in SA
