Order #428b520 purchased items in January - waited almost 2 months for items, received a faulty electrical appliance- returned it for a refund, it’s March now still not received any refund. Not a trustworthy service provider - will definitely not be purchasing from Loot again, I still want my refund money back, will not stop until I receive it.
Order 240626-152914 Payflex takes your money - does not refund easily. I made a purchase from Makro, to use payflex you need to PAY for your first instalment, (i paid two instalments) Makro let me know they out of stock of both items now i'm fighting to get my two instalments back. I should be getting R280 refunded, but Pay flex keeps sending me to makro. So they *****ing your money and making it the onlines stores problem. I just want the money i paid.
Online order #MAK6978699 - Makro took my money, cancelled both items as they have no stock, they split the order, now refusing to refund me. Please explain Makro why you cannot refund me ?
People just be very careful when buying from Takealot and paying via Pay flex - I purchased a barstool on the 10 July - they sent me an incorrect colour, which I returned, and now they are making it soo hard to refund me, asking me questions about the box and the condition I receive it. It's the 23rd today, I have still not received my refund, or a notification why they taking so long.
Order #000249101 Bought an item online the 28th August 2023, still awaiting item, enquired about it and was informed there was a glitch in the system, so I requested a refund, its 21 September 2023 today, and still No nothing. Can anyone confirm when I will receive my refund??? I cannot believe it's almost a month waiting.

Hi there, how would one get a copy of the telephonic recording when Mr Price calls you and offers you an account, and you clearly state you do not want a funeral cover and or the policy, but they just added it to your account? How can i go about getting this removed from my account? i tried calling this morning, and i just keep getting new numbers to call, but nobody is able to assist me.
My order number: 201162240899, I paid for my items on the 26 Sept, and still waiting to receive my order. A Jessica Moolman is now telling me it is a failed order and leaves me hanging... , but they took my money! and sent me a confirmation email... so how can it be a failed order? Then give me my money back?? this is fraud!! is there anyone that can sort this out?
So how is it that, when you purchase a SALE item and a NON-sale item on one receipt, when you want to return the NON-sale item, Mr Price will automatic deduct the sale price from your full purchase, so in all aspect's you are actually paying FULL price for the sale item, the cashier says its a "systems" thing, but I feel this is daylight robbery! Why can they not change the LINE ITEM price on there system so I can receive my full refund on a non sale item? This is the second time I've been robbed like this at MR Price,i wrote in about it and have not received a reply. I feel this is unfair to consumers and your system needs to be corrected! If I purchase a non-sale item and wish to return it I should receive my full price refund back only on the non-sale item, not you deducting your sale deductions, on a sale item, which in essence, i'm actually not paying the sale price.
Still awaiting a call back from the Branch manager or any superior at Medicare Durbell Pharmacy in Tygervalley centre. Had a staff member Thelma, shout at me in front of customers, I was there for my vaccination, and was not sure where to go, I obviously interrupted her little meeting/chatting with Zintle, another staff member, and she was not happy about it and gave me attitude! I'm not happy about how this escalated!! Yelling back at me! I am not going to let this go.... until I speak to a superior or someone in charge. There are people out there looking for work, yet you employ people with NO customer etiquette whatsoever!
