I bought a prepaid fiber voucher yesterday morning on the Openserve website as the app was not working, for R500 for 30 days. After 6 emails 3 phone calls I still do not have access to the fiber. The money was a debited from my account at the time of purchase .Over 24 hours later I'm still waiting for the fiber to be activated. Customer service put the phone down on me 3 times this morning. The clearly don't care about their customer retention, subsequently I'm canceling my agreement and finding a better service provider. I only been with Openserve for only 6 months and this is happened twice already so in my opinion they are pretty useless.
I bought a hair voucher for HAIR AT MARIO, Randburg and the hairdresser redemed the voucher but will not answer my emails, calls, what's app's. Daddys Deals will not refund me as must get the hairdresser to contact them! HOW????? He would not answer when I tried to redeem the voucher SO WHY WOULD HE ANSWER TO GIVE MY MONEY BACK! Basically Daddy's Deals was a gateway for this guy to ***** my money! R200 gone! Disgusting! *******!
I logged a complaint at on the Checkers website 2 days ago regarding a dodgie batch of Vegan mince which landed up with me throwing away over R300 worth of Vegan Bolognese sauce. I have not even had an acknowledgement of my complaint. Really disappointed with Checkers, Woolworths get back to you in a matter of hours. Shame on you Checkers. Shocking customer service.
I contacted Royal Canine's head office in Northriding this morning with a desperate plea to help me with a product, Renal Chicken Pouches for cats. The line is currently out of stock at numerous vets within my area and I was urgently in need of the food for my 18 year old kitty who is in renal failure and must be on a prescription diet. My kitty will only eat the this specific foods and all my stocks were depleted. A wonderful, efficient and extremely helpful staff member of Royal Canine contacted a few hours later to tell me she had found stock (1 box=12 pouches) at a vet in Weltervreden Park. The lady face me the vets contact no and person to speak. I contacted the vet practice and the box of pouches was already reserved under my name to collect. I am completely blow away by the excellent and 'going the extra mile' customer service. Well Done to Irene (or Ilene - apologies if I have your name incorrect) You are a shining example representing your company. Thank you so much for going above and beyond to help me get my much needed kitty foods. Tiggi-Biggs sends her thanks, shmacking lips and full tummy for getting her, her favourite food. ??????
Since MAY 2020 I have been trying to cancel a data package with Vodacom. I have now called the cancellation line 6 MONTHS IN A ROW to cancel this contract. To date the contract IS STILL NOT CANCELLED. I have tried emailing the head office, I have tried calling the head office - all I want to do is speak to a SENIOR MANAGER to 1. Complain about the pathetic service 2. Get the contract cancelled 3. Get my refund for the last 6 months. Unfortunately no one will put me through to a senior manager, no one will take accountability for the 6 MONTH stuff up, everyone keeps promising me every month I have called since MAY that they will cancel the contract BUT AS OF TODAY 1ST OCT the contract is still active. Vodacom's customer service is absolutely useless, I have 6 months of proof, and I am absolutely disgusted that they don't escalate my complaint and keep making me empty promises and "stealing" money out of my bank account each month. Deplorable!!! You should all be ashamed and embarrassed how poorly and badly you treat your customers. Would not recommend Vodacom to anyone, EVER!!!
Price Lock??? What Price Lock??? Been overcharged, by hundreds. No call centre to contact. No email address to contact. At the mercy of an SMS line that's only interested in selling it to you......NO ONE TO HELP WITH YOUR ACCOUNT. Absolutely FURIOUS!!! Wish I had never signed up for it now. What a SCAM!!!
SHEBA CAT TINS. I sent an email to Makro Customer service a number of weeks back complaining that I was over charged on a promotional item. No response. I took the 24 unit box back today for a refund. Got my refund but first had to get the manager as I had not returned the items in 14 days, yes it says that IN the returns section, but not on the till slip. Subsequently went to the shelf to get a replacement flavour to see that in 3 weeks the price went from R13.39 (promo price was R12.00 per unit) to R15.45 - increase of R2.09c PER UNIT IN LESS THAN A MONTH. That's a 15% INCREASE in price. How do you explain that Makro?????
I can't believe that DSTV is not showing the BIGGEST boxing fight this year Joshua vs Joseph in Cardiff Wales tonight, 31st March. Called them and they have some **** and ***** story about having to buy a boxing bouquet!!! What do I pay R1000 a month for????? We will probably be the only country not able to see the fight. I have been contemplating getting fiber and streaming, THIS has made my mind up. And it's not only me, all my friends are doing the same. Sorry DSTV, you are losing customers daily as your program content is getting worse and worse. I don't need you anymore. Thanks but no thanks.
