I'm over this. My business is not receiving any emails since 2pm yesterday. To get hold of someone to assist, is like finding a chicken with a mouth full of teeth. I phoned, held on for TWO HOURS, and the phone just went dead. There's no way to reach them on mail. The chats only have bots, or the consultants are too busy to speak to you. There's no indication anywhere of what's going on. I'm losing clients!
Their deliveries used to be within a day or two if items were in stock. Now it takes around two weeks? Temu is quicker!
I'm done. Been a client for 32 years. Only issues lately. I can't make online payments through Ozow, can't change payment references for some accounts, cant tap my TAPPABLE cards at toll gates ... the list goes one. I'm done! Time for another bank.
This is harrassment at it's best. They keep on phoning me for someone else's debt. I have sent mails, and asked telephonically that they DO NOT phone me for someone else's issues. Yet, they keep on. They phone me, and when I answer, they keep quiet and they end the call. Then they send a stupid sms to say they tried to phone me ... still ... for somone else's debt. Someone at DMC Debt Management is 'acting' like they're doing their work. I have confirmation on email that they will remove my number, yet I STILL receive calls.
They advertise items but don't get the stock. Wanted to buy the three step ladder, but Nelspruit branch can't even see (or find out) if Pretoria has stock? Ladder on special for R399, normal price R599.
Problem rectified sooner this time than what was expected, thank you. Area fault didn't take more than 48 hours.
Our entire street, whoever is on Openserve, albeit through another service provider, had NO fibre since yesterday morning. Our service providers are told that there are no reported faults in the area. Myself and another neighbour both have proof that we reported (there may be others too), yet Openserv say there are no reported faults? Will we be sitting without service again for 8 days like the previous time?
Your so-called support is pathetic! I request support, is diverted to send a mai, which I do. Then I get an automated response to either chat to a bot or some rubish automated thing. HOW DO I GET SUPPORT FROM A PERSON?
Their accounting department is sharing sends out their clients' invoices to random email addresses, sharing cleints' information with non-related people/businesses. Refusing sort out their IT issues. The lady, Liezl Harris has an absolute don't care attitude and refuses to address the issue, just passing the buck.
