I bought a stove with hob last year May, during the course of my move i lost the slip, their useless system will not allow them to pick up a slip without an invoice number like seriously? I have a merchant number thats of no use, the staff feel as if they doing you a huge favour. Pathetic service. I will never support these people again!

So I purchased a Polo handbag from Superbalist and guess what the polo tag from the bag is missing, so I basically saw the bag and ordered it expecting to get the tag with then they come up with story about the supplier mentioned that the bag does not come with the tag, mind you I have screenshots of the bag on the website and the description and it never mentioned that on the superbalist website, so here I am with a bag I saved almost two year for not to get a tag that comes with the handbag is it a knock off? On the polo website it shows a bag with a tag.

We had purchased a LG neochef around April last year, and guess what, it ain't working, it started on its own and started to spark, according to Hirsch Springfield, I have to wait 14 days! I am a working mother with 2 toddlers I depend on a microwave, LG product quality isn't the same anymore, this has incurred a loss to me, as I had to purchase another microwave, this day and age we can't afford to be spending cash like this, it feels like I have been ripped off with inferior quality products.

Purchased a bed from Bradlows Chatsworth, was told delivery will be made on Monday the 15th of June, bearing in mind the bed was paid for on full aswell as delivery, so i understand that the call centre needed to phone me to confirm delivery, i missed the call on Saturday, mind you i phoned the call centre twice on Saturday, had no response i phoned in on Monday still no response, went ro the store Wednesday the 17th of June with promises that delivery will be made today the 18th of June, the managee promised he will send his private vehicle to pick up the bed and deliver it, what a load of lies!
So utterly disappointed with Discovery, what's the point of giving us a facility to submit claims online and on the app if it does work? I submitted a claim on the website on the 28-01-2020 straight after my visit to DR IE Bhorat, then on the 01-02-2020,i resubmitted the claim because it was not showing on the app under claims, after getting no joy I called the call center, only to be told its better to email the claim, but the agent had submitted the claim for me, and I also did submit the claim myself via email, so discovery has a 2 to 3 day turn around period for claims, however my matter is just being escalated by agents, it's now gone 11 days I still don't know what's going on with my claim.
