This must be the worst bank in the country. i am so glad i closed my accounts with them and never ever have to deal with this pathetic place again. i paid up my VAF account and now looking to get the original papers for this car. you get asked silly questions and they tell you that you failed the security check after you authenticated me by sms and banking app? so now wait another 24 hours.....i paid up and you can see that so why must i ask for my papers? why cant you do someting for the money you took monthly and contact me to send me these papers? im so glad im done with Standard bank. please dont get involved with these guys you will only experience frustration.
this is a bunch of ******. they sell you a car and say nothing wrong and if you go back with major issues the change the story and say you bought the car private. rather go to a honest dealership.

i ported my number to mtn. was the biggest mistake of my life. now i cannot load airtime and cannot call anyone. when i call my number it does not exist. i have been to a mtn branch 3 times with no help. also tried the 135 number witch does not work. this is an absolute rubbish network. stay far away
Very poor service from fnb connect. signal is poor most of the time and your sim cannot connect to the network. i am porting my number to a better network asap. i have had enough of this poor service and even worse cell network.
They cant fulfill oders anymore there is never stock or they just fail to arrive on time. they are fast becoming south africas Wish store. I had to cansel oders as they failed to find stock. then i get a mail to state that they tried to deliver but failed making it look like its my fault. Again today they failed to arrive on time as stated. start with a bang and service get worse over time.
This company is a example for other online companies and courier companies. the service is super fast and deliveries is even faster. well done!
Old mutual are not abiding by the law. the minimum amount to withdraw a RA was increased by the government from R7000 to R15 000 effective 1 march 2021. i called in to get my money and they say that its still just an draught and not yet in working. please get your company up to speed with the new laws. i have send my forms in and if i get no reply i will take the matter to the adjudicator.
I am now regretting taking a data contract with Telkom. just a simple speed upgrade takes a very long time and they loose the application. all answer you get is to wait 24 to 48 hours.they have rude staff that answers the phone and puts the phone down while you are trying to explain your problem. please release me from this serviceless contract so that i can go somewhere else please.
