They helped me with my claim in a very professional manner.
My fibre line was down since Sunday . Phoned MWeb who in turn contacted Vumatel to sort it out . On Monday I got an e mail to say a technician will be coming in at 8 pm no show . On Tuesday another email to say at 11am still no show , on Wednesday another e mail to say at 11.30 am still no show then Thursday another e mail to say 11am , the technician rocked up at 2pm changed the black box but didn’t bother to see if it’s working or not , he tried to get hold of the person that approves / activates the network apparently he was asleep . Was told it will start working at 3.30 pm and he left . Got home it’s still not working . Several calls later I was told the matter has been escalated. It’s now Friday and still nothing has been done . When asked to speak to the manager I was put on hold and forgotten about . Is this how Vumatel operates ? I am disgusted at the service . Phumzile was the only person who was kind enough to explain but unfortunately it’s out of her hands 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 I’m not a happy customer

It’s actually zero stars . The lady that works there a senior stylist is so ****** it’s disturbing. Apparently to her Cape Town Malays are pavement specials , then it’s ok for her son to bring home a light skinned lady as long as it’s not a Buhle. When asked about her comments she says says I am who I am .
On the 28th of January I purchased a car for my daughter from Halfway Ford . As advertised it said 21000 kms on the clock, once collected I saw it was 26000 on enquiry the sales executive said they will reimburse me some monies to date which is 16/2/23 all I’ve ever been hearing is lies it’s processed today , then tomorrow or my manager is not in . No real business ethics no moral values , as long as a sale is made it’s a done deal I don’t care that’s the attitude . I’m ****ed of . What happened to being dealing honestly ? It’s deceit and lies all the way. If you tell me it will be sorted out at the end of the month I would understand but don’t take me for a fool
I have a business contract with Vodacom and regret the day that I signed up for wireless . I have had endless problems , it works for about 2 weeks in a month then crashes 😡 on Sunday I called customer care a gentleman by the name of Joseph was extremely helpful but after that zilch I got e mails with a reference no telling me that a field engineer has been appointed to the case , still nothing . No positive response to date. I’m still waiting for somebody to call me back but I don’t think I’m going to hold my breath . I called again today and was put thru 4 different people and then whoever the last person was just cut me of after editing for 20 mins . After sakes service is appalling. Hopefully after this somebody will reach out to me . I know I will be billed for a full month although my services hadn’t been operational. No apology no explanation nothing
Excellent service , friendly staff but the owner doesn’t care about the disabled . I have brought it to his attention many times about able bodied people parking in the disabled parking and to date nothing has been done about it. It’s a shame cos he’s a very nice person but nice sometimes doesn’t work . I was told that he ordered a cone but ????? All I want is respect shown to the disabled
Absolutely disappointed with the business manager at Fnb Pinetown he doesn’t return calls , neither does he return e mails I left several messages still waiting ? on the other hand the staff at Westville branch is definitely more helpful and friendly . Whenever I pop in there I always feel welcomed and helped . Moving my account to Westville
Totally unprofessional. No work ethics at all Took him 3 weeks to try and a job done after over 50 calls later he kept on making excuses. I can’t understand how he runs his business. He’s a ****** thief and a liar Finally asked for a refund which he did but shirt changed me. No integrity at all.
Very helpful ladies . Very knowledgeable and friendly . I was very impressed with Reena and Babes . Definately will recommend them to anybody looking for polystyrene ********** 271
