Ordered from Pi-MTN early AMs. same day i get an update that parcel is out for delivery. i waited and called around 4:30 only to get told they havent received it yet. The tracking website then stated delivery failed. I call the following day to find out why its delivery failed, I call 8 times before i get to speak to someone, and the lady says the driver tried calling but it went to voicemail which is a lie as i never received any calls that day. she says the parcel is out for delivery again that morning. I asked to make sure the driver calls me. I waited until non and tried calling again as i saw the update tracking said delivery failed. I called again all day and everytime they transfer me the line is not answered. Today is friday 15 May and I still have not received a call or my parcel. I started calling at 8AM I only got assisted at 8:35. the lady said my parcel failed delivery yesterday as they call went to voicemail and they couldnt get into the complex. I mentioned that specified for the driver to call me. she said my parcel is not out for delivery today but she will try to get it out for delivery today. I have spent so much money supplementing my internet as this was meant to be delivered on the 13th! this customer service is truly appalling!
Lonja is the place to go to if you have nothing to do for the day. Even if you book an appointment for multiple services, you are guaranteed a wait. I have been waiting for lashes for 3 hours and this is the second day. I had booked for Thursday, waited 30 minutes when I arrived and only did 1 service. I waited another 2 hours and left as there were so many people that still needed to do things before me despite having an appointment. The manager I think, he doesn’t have much communication skills and will leave you waiting. You have to chase after him to follow up on what’s happening regarding your waiting. They need to stop pushing multiple appointments that they cannot manage and get a booking app that will assist with booking only what they can handle. Staff complains about being tired and how they literally have no time between clients.
The best family to spend 32wks with. We met whilst I was 8wks and I immediately knew that they were the family that would bring my baby earthside safely and lovingly. They are professional, warm hearted and kind bubbly bunch. A group of women who make the journey of pregnancy so seamless you barely worry about anything. MTN Fourways ground floor by Istore I have had horrible service from this specific store. From when I opened my mtn home contract to when I called regarding a cancellation. Ali at MTN fourways literally hung up the phone on me whilst I was talking. She kept cutting me off whilst I was talking and did not provide solutions as she was not hearing my queries. I am truly appalled at how disgusting the service is from that store. I made a follow up call right after this occurred and it is clear that this lady will not be reprimanded at the least.
My lovely boyfriend ordered early in the morning around 9. I received a message to confirm my address. All was in order. I only received my order after 7PM at a different address tht needed to be arranged. they delivered the wrong cake! he logged a complaint and they responded to say the flavor he had ordered was out of stock and they now had stock. he did not respond. 2 days later, a "delivery" was made to me. The correct cake flavor. but now they claim we requested an exchange of the cakes. noone requested an exchange!! what ********** service.

I have called over 20 numbers looking for a product. On the pep website, it shows the product in stock in certain stores. i dialed and either the numbers don't exist, or the numbers were incorrect. Needless to say after finallly getting though to these stores, NONE OF THEM HAD STOCK YET THE WEBSITE SHOWED THEY HAD STOCK!!!! The staff manning the phone have disgusting telephone ettiquete and were rude and never bothered to try listening to what i'm saying to. The website is clearly a complete lie!!! one of the numbers provided was someone's personal cellphone number who is not an employee of PEP!!!! utterly appalled by this.
I have not been able to make use of the mobile baking app for 2 months. as soon as i open it, it loads for roughly 4 seconds then kicks me out. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, I have raised it at my branch. they logged a ticket and told me I'm not the only one experiencing this. They then referred me to iStore, claiming that the technicians at the store should be able to assist as they think it might be the app or the phone. To this day, I cannot make use of an app i have on my phone. I do not have access my daily banking and this makes me uncomfortable as anything can happen to my funds without me being aware of it. IT HAS BEEN TWO MONTHS. WHY HAS IT NOT BEEN RESOLVED???? all the other apps on my phone work perfectly well except the capitec app.
1 ordered online at 12:52 PM. I only received my order at 2:52PM.. MY PIZZA IS COLD!!!! the gent who delivered didn't know how to use the card machine. he kept tapping and swiping my card even though I told him it does not tap. He kept making the amount 1009.99 even though the amount was 109.99. I had to tell him and forcibly take the machine and insert my card to process payment. he only left at 3:06PM.
I called them over 50 times and they never helped me. I Spoke to the manager who was not helpful at all. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
