I recently traveled with City to City Bus and had a generally great experience. The drivers were friendly and professional, which made the journey enjoyable. However, the bus's cleanliness was a letdown, and the broken and torn seats were quite unpleasant. With some improvements in maintenance and cleanliness, City to City Bus could offer an even better experience. Overall, it's a solid option for travel, but there's room for improvement. 3.5/5 stars.
I've made numerous attempts to return my item and receive my refund and haven't been assisted for five days. I've emailed and called and I still haven't received any assistance.
Lovisa in Sandton City has highly disappointed me! I went in for a nose piercing and two days layer the ring keeps falling out as it hasn't been properly secured. I have tried contacting them multiple times, but I am not getting assisted. Now I have to take the ring out because the fiddling is bound to get my nose infected. I have also been told to buy a new nose ring if I'm not happy with this one or secure if with a plaster, which has proven to be fruitless as it lifts soon after I remove the plaster. I am extremely disappointed by their lack of empathy towards my situation, especially as a first timer in their shop and overall piercings! What a waste of money, courage and pain!
After a year I still haven't received my refund. They're now claiming my reference is invalid. Becareful when you book via them
Ive been waiting for an hour for khulula to change the times on my flight , the consultant dropped my call while in the process ,im still waiting on the phone for further assistance this is utterly disgusting and there is no alternative number to call.
I was double billed on a ride, after speaking to their consultants i was assured the money would be returned to my account and after providing the necessary information this has still not happened i don't recommend anyone to use their card to pay for rides, strictly cash.
Great customer service from the fix store, had an account query and they went an extra mile of contacting the cpt head office all in an effort to protect my credit score. Thank you ladies
Truworths The Glen i took my phone in for repairs on the 2nd of march whilst on warranty , they assured me it would be repaired in three weeks . I was later told after seven weeks that it would come back unrepaired and there would be a charge , then i was told it is in Capetown and they could not find it but will let me know as soon as they do. truworths the glen have still not gotten back to me its 2 months now . hopefully everyone will be cautious in purchasing a phone at trutworths the glen .
