Makro online is irritating. I bought a HP LaserJet 55A yesterday, and when I opened it today, it showed that the original ink cover was removed, and they put *****s and super glue to try to fix it. When we print, the pages appear pale, as if it were an older toner. It was delivered by a company called Courier Guy. Makro is selling an imitation at the original price!!!!!
Hi There I did a refund on 23 November 2023 and today it been a month with no positive outcome. But your refund policy it says I must wait for 14 days. You keep send me automated emails and I don't know what for, it been a while using Makro online and what I notice when you are doing a refund it become a problem, I cannot encourage people to buy at Makro store because they don't care about their loyal customers, maybe it time to tell people about Game, Pick n Pay, Checkers etc. As from tomorrow I will start canvassing for other store through social media networks and tell them about your poor services. To Whom It May Concern I was very very very disappointed by the service and attitude I was given by Siyabonga Shabalala from Claim Department at The Unlimited. I called The Unlimited from 16 October 2023 around 09h:30 to make a follow up on my claim. He confirmed that my documents were received and he promised to send it to someone for assessment/processing and he promised to return a call. On the 17 October 2023 I called again and he said that my claim has been processed and he waiting for decision, on the 19 October 2023 when I called him again he said that my claim is not processed and when I asked why him says that he do not know and I ask him to speak to the supervisor or the manager he denied me that opportunity. He said that supervisor is on another call and I can hear him laughing me on the background pretending as if he's talking to someone. I feel that my dignity has much dragged on the mud by this gentlemen and I doubt that he's qualified on this position the way he behave towards me. Someone whose working on Public Relations department must investigate this as it going disrupt the growth of the company and also destroy the company reputation. I didn't know that such a big company can hire an ***********'s person like him to handle such a critical department. For those who want to join or take any policy from The Unlimited must run away because this company is a ****, it fails to fulfill their promise. Regards, Lungelo Ngcobo
To Whom It May Concern Kindly assist I bought a braai stand on Makro Online and it was delivered on the 31 August 2023 around 16:h00, on very same day I log return for refund because it didn't cater my expectations. To Whom It May Concern I am very disappointed on how DStv operate with their agency, I have 24 months contract with DStv that I am paying R359 suddenly they cancelled my contract and started charging R429 from August 2022. I called to ask for assistance, I spoke Miss Zwakala, Bulelani Nqwelo and Bulelani promised me to find someone to help.. I have even emails from DStv that proves the duration remaining on contract. I respect DStv but their service makes me to look them otherwise.

These are my siblings kindly refer to the attached policy document that I received when I join Hollard Funeral Cover, and I was forced to open a new cover for both of them I even called Hollard call several to address this issue but I was ignored. To Whom It May Concern I would like to pass this message to Bidvest Insurance stakeholders for the very worst and disappointing service that I received from Bidvest Insurance at Umhlanga Branch under IUA Business Solutions. It is embarrassing that a huge company like Bidvest does not care about their client it more than two years now I am the client of this company. But whenever they are supposed to fulfill their promises they run away like a political party after the elections, this means that they only care about the profit. But I asked myself what their purpose for writing their company values??? August 2020 my Polo Vivo had an oil leak on the cylinder head gasket and it was diagnosed by Ballito VW and it was fixed after big arguments between Bidvest and me because they said that I must one thousand five hundred some change and I refused. After all, when I bought the car in May 2018 I also extend the warranty for another two years. This year I experienced the same problems again the car is leaking on the same spot as it was last year, and now I am instructed to pay a certain portion because Bidvest cannot pay the full amount but my warranty it is still active!!! What a shame and a disgrace from this company. I was supposed to renew my contract with them and I was willing to recommend them to my employer to look at our fleet but I cannot now and I wish everyone in the world cannot engage with Bidvest in any sort of business because they will regret it when it comes to money. Someone from Bidvest who’s working in the Public Relations department must take a closer look at this issue because it will jeopardize the company image and no one is going to like to engage with a business that is not reliable when it comes to agreements. I am going to take my issue further but first I will put this issue on my social media pages and my friend’s groups social media platforms. Thank you Bidvest for your stink service.
Hi VW South Africa Last year I bring my at Ballito VW to fix cylinder head oil leaking they fix it on August 2020, and they said that it was a factory fault and this year on September 2021 the car is leaking on same spot again!!! I still can't believe that VW is failing to fix their own car. I am confused whether VW is only care about the money or not... Come guys I am not speeding I am willing even to show you my tracker report. This is disgusting and humiliating your brand. Please protect your reputation.
