How could this process of packing be allowed in the first place?
My order included an artist ink drawing pad and to my absolute dismay it was included in the parcel in a shocking condition. Damaged, dirty and twisted pages. 2 pages so dirty , like it had been thrown on the floor and stood on. The actual boxed package had no signs of any damage.

Bad attitude and zero ethics towards a customer
Rynfield Terrace. The large Coke has it printed all over their bottles.....Recommended price R25 in red. No we can not sell it at that price, we will be losing money. What a **** and bull story from an arrogant manageress. No problem. I won't be shopping there again.

A monopolized company who cares absolutely nothing for their customers
Stood in a super long queue today. 3 tellers open. Who Cares hey...Then I get to the till, and if you don't have their get out of jail card, you are going to get *****ed like never before. Left all my products on the counter and I will never return. Disgusted

No support and no parcel..
This company was great in the past. But as thet grow the worse they get. Whatsapp support, useless to sat the least. AI chat. Pathetic. Then the same applies to the email support. A total waste of time. So I will not order tools from Toolcraft again if they use The Courier Guy

Pathetic service
To order a new credit card on their app is absolutely useless. No confirmation received. Then secure chat....another total waste of time. I will be leaving this bank shortly after 40 years plus with them. No customer satisfaction skills and a useless banking application

The worst Woolworths in South Africa. Don't waste your time shopping there.
Rynfield Square. The long standing in a queue is a matter I have brought to their attention, time and time again. Install a camera to see what I mean. Their attitude stinks. No apologies or take action now to rectify the matter. Disgusted in this Woolworths and now I will never shop there again. .

Definitely the wrong name. Slowway Couriers....
Your package will be delivered today....So you wait the whole day. Whatsapp automated and useless. Saturday closed. Absolutely no feedback or apology as to why your package was not delivered

Poor service over and over
So beware folks. Play Lotto online using Absa banking app. They have failed to pay my small winnings. No reply to my email sent. This is SA worst bank of all time. They just don't care about their customers

Dishonest and *********
False and ********* advertising. Buy 2, get 1 free. I only received 2 fragrances instead of 3. Please don't buy from this company. I am one of a few who have been ****med here.
