I need information on where my package is
I am in urgent need of my package, Speedy logistics has communication channel in place to track my order i need info on where exactly my order is, I've called everywhere no answer no communication. So frustrating ZA120036300608T

Bad Service i want my money and your guys to stop attorneys from calling me because I owe you nothing
Good day I need assistance I had a Telkom account in which I upgraded however the old account on the final statement showed that Telkom owes me R304.64, the same about Telkom handed over to attorneys for which I don't understand if I am suppose to submit a refund but the account is handed over, I'm getting calls and SMS's from attorneys I know nothing about, I haven't even received my refund yet of the money Telkom owes me,

Had the most baddest experience ever, I've order on the app paid didn't receive my order number when I got too the store the lady said there is no order I should call head office I asked her should I call with my airtime she said yes while I am in the store they cannot assist me eventually I called with my airtime being told that the order was placed however my name is the reference or order number the lady said she still doesnt get my order and the order they have shows it hasn't been paided for, how will I come and fetch a order I didn't pay for she went too the back and came back stating that I should know wait for my order because they going too make it cash I'm disgusted by the service I almost buy everyday I will never put my foot here again

It's not the first time I get this bad experience at IDENTITY DIAMOND PILLVION MALL where the manager thinks the shop belongs too him I bought my sister a dress but the dress had a cut in it she only saw it when she fitted the dress at home, she went with the slip too the dress in the exact condition we bought it and he gives and attitude stating that I must be there what if I was in another place she has the slip the product is in perfect condition why can't he assist her, what if I bought someone a gift and they want too change it should I still be there???? Because apparently it's company rules? I've never experienced such stinking attitude either thinking of closing my account

Good day Ive lodged a complaint about an account on my name that has already prescribed, ive tried too contact your office on numerous occasions but no answer I don’t now how too get hold of your office, Ive sent an email with all the documentation that you were going too need in order too confirm that the account jo longer exist, but still no answer I’m court up in the dark and don’t know how to get hold of you guys
