We bought a brand new TV from Samsung, and within one month there's a fault on the pixels. So obviously there is warranty on the product so we get in contact with Samsun, it has been a month since the technicians said it's a fault they can't fix. With minimal care or contact from Samsung customer service, and now after a whole month they say they don't have the TV in stock and we must get refunded the discounted price! So now we must pay more in to get an equivalent TV than what we originally paid, so much for warranty Samsung are absolutely pathetic, don't recommend anyone to buy their TV because if there is a fault with a brand new TV, you won't get compensated to be in the same position you originally found yourself in when you bought the TV.
Naked have been great, really enjoy how easy and online it is, I hate phone calls so being able to get insured fully on the app is great. I wondered how they'd be on a claim though, and now I've experienced when in an accident with my car. And they were brilliant, quick easy claim, always friendly and available when I had questions on the claim. Cannot recommend them enough, and very good pricing.
FOR ALL FUTURE BRIDES PLEASE READ THIS!! Please no matter how many good reviews are here, which I believe to now be ****, this place is a ****. They do not have ANY of the beautiful dresses they have on their website. Its cheap awful ****, so they sit putting designer dresses on the website to get you to pay R380 for a fitting, but meanwhile they have nothing advertised, some cheap china mall dresses. Please dont waste your time or money Please, give this place a skip.
Natcare Mulbarton: I tried to complain about this doctor to the general manager of this hospital and her reply is that they are independent practitioners and so not Netcare's problem? But the who holds the Doctor to account? We just come to this hospital because it's the nearest one and now you're saying you can't even vouch for the doctors that reside there? Thats insane, so there's no accountability for bad service for the doctors there? My story with Dr V Naidoo, the neurologist at netcare: I can say with total confidence after my experience that Dr Naidoo has absolutely no care for her patients, and it is so disappointing. My mother has bi-polar and rheumatoid arthritis, and is 77 years old. She is on lots of heavy medication, that is very finely balanced to keep her lucid and keep her arthritis in check. On this very heavy medication she has developed a bit of a shake, and so I was recommended to go to Dr Naidoo to test for Parkinsons. My mom was checked into hospital, tests were done, and I have YET to see Dr Naidoo face to face for results. I went to her office to hopefully get some feedback around the MRI and next steps, she was not available, no information was given. The next day, the nurses speed dialled her to tell me what medication my mom was on for Parkinsons, and she told me to meet her the following day at 08.30 to discuss the matter. On my way to the hospital I get a call that Dr Naidoo is on leave. In the meantime my mother is sent home with Parkinson’s medication, and I am told to make sure she takes it for 7 days and CALL Dr Naidoo to see if she stops shaking. I do not understand how I can be told to put my mother on Parkinsons medication, which causes hallucinations (and she is bi-polar) when I have not had ANY information regarding the MRI results, what was picked up, what the prognosis is, simply “she shakes”. This has to be some form of medical malpractice, this is serious medication and I have received NO information on what was picked up. In the meantime, I give my mother the medication, and in 3 days she is a completely different person, the bi-polar is throwing her off, she is hallucinating, she is not lucid and she is very unhappy. All because Dr Naidoo couldn’t care less about actually making the right decisions for her patients and their specific situation, I hope she enjoyed her “extra” long Easter weekend though, I’m sure it was much more important to her than the patients she left behind Absolutely unacceptable service from Dr Naidoo, I hope she can give her future patients even an inch of time and care.

And then when we try to contact Netcare, they say the doctors are independent practitioners, but is not Netcare's responsibility to make sure those practitioners are actually worth having in the hospital? No one takes accountability.
Did not have a good experience with this dealership, felt like they were trying their best not to sell me the car. Was absolutely set on getting a Tiggo 4 from Sandton, as it is close to us, but landed up going all the way to Midrand instead, as their customer service was just so much better! Two issues noted: 1) Lack of Urgency: I contacted them on the 3rd of Jan 2024, telling them I had a quote from the Vanderbeijl branch offering R10k cash back, and asked if they could match the price, and if requested an Offer to Purchase, I made it clear I wanted it quickly as I needed to send it to the bank to arrange finance. Didn't receive anything, I checked in on the 4th as a reminder. Still no OTP sent. Only heard from the sales rep again on the 8th of Jan, and not giving me the offer to purchase, but asking about colour, which we had already discussed! In the meantime, Chery Midrand had given me an offer to Purchase in the matter of an hour! 2) Not transparent at all: Chery Midrand straight away said they'd match the Vanderbeijl price with the cash back, AND added on +2 year service plan! Where as Sandton couldn't tell me in 5 days whether they'd even match the quote I had. Secondly, on the 3rd I asked what colours were avilable, the sales rep asked what colour I wanted as a response, I said Blue, and nothing further was noted on the colour until the 8th where the sales rep said he only had silver in stock, don't know what took 5 days to communicate that. Chery Midrand told me off the bat they didn't have the blue, due to port issues and were transparent about the fact that it would take a week to deliver, which I didn't mind, as I could arrange Finance in the mean time. In summary, Chery Sandton obviously tried to hide the fact they had limited stock, weren't willing to get us the best deal, and were in general shady and lacked any sense of care or urgency for the sale. Chery Midrand is 10-15 minute drive from Sandton branch, would highly recommend you go there instead, willl have a much better experience.

Was blown away by my experience with Chery Midrand dealership, we dealt with Jordan, and he was such a welcome friendly face. He was quick and efficient, and kept in contact with me throughout. Everyone at the dealership is friendly, and they really hype up the picking up of your car, with everyone coming out and celebrating with you, which was fun and special. But my biggest praise was their transparency throughout, when I walked in and said I wanted the red Tiggo 4 Pro, Jordan was immediately honest with us about the fact that it might be a wait because of port issues, he was also upfront about certain specials and add ons they were running. This was very much appreciated as my previous experience when trying to buy a car was the sales reps hide this kind of info from you, but Jordan was open and honest, and so it really felt like he and Chery were in my corner, trying to get me the best deal. Thank you Chery Midrand, I would recommend everyone go to this dealership, even if it's a bit of a drive away from home!
I had an absolutely amazing experiance with We By Cars, we worked with Keenan Bartlett, such a professional and friendly guy. They were so quick, came to evaluate the car on the same day we listed in on the website, they offered a very fair price from the get go which I really appreciated. Never dreamed it would be so easy to sell my car with no hassle. To add on to the praise, I messed up a little bit and did not realise my dad had to be present to sign the sale contract as he actually owns the car, Keenan did not complain at all and remained upbeat and professional, offering to drive 20 minutes to my dad to sign, and come all the way back to me, which blew me away! Phenomenal service, highly recommend We Buy Cars!
I have insurance with Miway that includes tire and windscreen damage. Got a flat tire after hitting a pothole, and Miway have been absolutely useless!! I might as well just replace tires with my own money if it takes Miway more thank a week to replace! I need my car for work, it's been a week and I still don't even have a plan in place from MiWay on how this will be resolved. The run flat tire is now completely deflated, so what, must they now tow my car when they finally process the claim, for a flat? Will highly discourage others from getting this kind of insurance from MiWay, it's less hassle to replace something so simple as a tire yourself, atleast you won't lose your car for a whole week (and who knows how much more time at this point). Useless.
