SMEG worse dishwasher on the market
Worse dishwasher ever -- Smeg replaced my dishwasher after 18 months and now after 12 months the replacement is having issues. Dont buy SMEG

Drivers drive irresponsible
Got a coffee machine delivered. When the driver opened his bakkie all parcels were up site down. He drives like a hooligan. Second parcel delivered today. Same thing. I would not use "The courier guy" if I was a company and value my reputation.

Pantene - false savings
Buying shampoo - Pantene had a special at Dischem Victory Park -- Buy 3 get the cheapest free. What a lot of non-sense. Pantene Aqua light shampoo R79.95 per bottle. At another Dischem (Cresta) store the price of the same shampoo is R55.96. Quick maths -- you only save R8 if you buy 3 bottles. I would have thought Dischem is a reputable company.

VOX - Worse ISP
Again - worse ISP, cancelled my service incorrectly. No internet for three days. No feedback. VOX will not phone a customer with feedback.

No service for more than 6 days and counting
"Leading service provider" that is how VOX greats you when phoning their call center. My service has been down from Friday and there is now urgency or accountability. No communication from VOX. Worse service provider ever. There is no way of escalating a fault - same agents every time and there response is - sorry sir we cannot transfer you to the escalation desk.... they will phone you. Still waiting. Anyone reading this review. Get internet from smaller company's that is more responsive and value their customers. VOX YOU ARE a DISGRACE to SOUTH AFRICA.

Bad after sales support from Samsung
After sales service is shocking - Samsung is using Inyati Appliances for after sales repairs. Inyati Appliances is incompetent. They do not know how to fix my washing machine, 4 visits and R3000 later. I will not buy Samsung appliances again due to the contractors Samsung is appointing for after sales support. Henry
