Confirmation Message *Business Name:* Mattress and Couch Factory Outlet *Rating:* 1 out of 5 *Review:* We bought 2 x headboards and 2 x pedestals for our kids bedroom at Eastgate Branch, the Salesperson who was assisting us did not inform us that the pedestal comes in pieces and that we must either do the assembly ourselves or pay extra for them to do them for us, To our suprise upon delivery the Driver delivered 2 boxes saying those are pieces of the pedestal and we must do the assembly ourselves and when we enquire with the Branch manager, he told us that they can come and do the assembly for us but there will be a fee for call out and a fee for assembly. The lack of information that was given us is costing damage. Should we have known this, we would not have bought these items
Valued Added Service ( Interest) Wesbank gave me a loan of R330 000, of which the R30 000 is for the maintenance , warranty and all the other extras, But the principal debt is R330 000, my query is why do i then pay 3 x interest rates, why I am not paying one interest rate for one principal debt which is R330 000, why is there a separate interest rate for value added services, meanwhile those extras fees were consolidated into one loan.

I logged a call on the 24th of September regarding my connectivity issues with vodacom, yesterday the 1st of october they sent an sms saying my query is now closed, but they have not yet attended to my problem
Confirmation Message *Business Name:* Vodacom *Rating:* 1 out of 5 *Review:* I have been experiencing internet issues with vodacom, the simcard on my laptop is vodacom, my wifi is vodacom, my phone simcard is vodacom, all these simcard dont connect to internet, but when i move to a different location they work, So when i log a call they told me they cant help because i m the only customer who has issues, thats the answer i got from the technician at Jabulani Vodacom shop, I have been a customer to vodacom for the last +_ 20, but they could not care

Shein uses Buffalo to courier thier orders, Then Buffalo uses DPD Laser, Right now Dpd is unable to deliver my order, i dont know for what reasons, then when i call Bufallo to enquire, they could not careless, they guy just told me to wait. Though i m receiving sms from dpd that my order is out for delivery, the order is just not reaching me,
Confirmation Message *Business Name:* DPD Laser *Rating:* 1 out of 5 *Review:* Dpd is very unprofessional, from Tuesday they have been sending sms saying my order is out for delivery, but the order was not delivered both on Tuesday and wednesday, Their call centre personnel are also not very helpful, not to mention the rudeness when i raised my frustration regarding their poor service.
