Hi there, am not happy with your service first the Vodacom Call Centre takes time holding your phone not getting any solution with your query. Secondly am not pleased with how you charge my account lately this is the 2nd time calling the customer service for huge amounts being charged on my account unnecessary. Your call Centre keep saying the gonna log a query for that for my account to be credit but no changes instead things get worse. Account number:I5838762-3 Cellular number:27662031034 Invoice number:H3-VCNVJ ref no: 1-351113822301502 now I have to pay R2526. 51 on Sim card only contract being charged once-off equipment which I don't have besides my old Huawei P20 lite that I finish log time ago to pay for it. Here is my last month query no. RCO135027 which was logged by Portia which I didn't get any feedback as promised that I will be called with regard.
Wooooooow I must say I enjoyed my sweet chill burger I bought at Wimpy Metlife Plaza the welcoming lady was very nice and very helpful. I went there to get some lunch which I ordered take away around 9h49am on 19 Aug 21 which she informed me of the waiting duration time for my order which I was amazed to be told about it. Which I replied say "no worries ma'am I will wait for it" she then offered me to have a seat so long ohhh apologies I didn't quite get her name as was the service was fast. She even said "enjoy your meal sir and your day as well thank you for your visit" Well I did enjoy my sweet chili burger ? with some fries including my bev Appletiser can hmmm????thank you for your service ma'am until we meet again on my next visit.
Am writing this review to let you know of my experience at Philwest Volkswagen Somerset West branch well I must say you got yourselves a hell of team player there apologies for my language. This player is Rudie from day 1 he made me feel welcomed the day I sent my request for quote for T-Cross, his fast response to my request made me feel special as customer, he gave me a call to find out more about me and as well as for my request too. During my transition I experienced some difficulties with my bank in terms of being approved due affordability I wasn't unable to take T-Cros then Rudie saw me that am done and I already shared my story with him as to why I came to this branch he gave me more options and advised that no matter what he will fight for his customer until things gets right. Until I got myself approved for VW POLO VIVO 1.4 5DRS UMSWENKO. He made sure am taken care to every step of the transaction and even assisted me packing my trailer on Sunday cause I was going to PE that day it's something I will never forget going an extra mile for his client ??☺️☺️which I arrive safe at PE on Monday morning around past 2am in PE. Thank you so much Rudie for your service, for going an extra mile and giving me snack while I was your place since I told you that I haven't eaten the whole day yet but you offered me some before I hit the road. Well we need people like you in our lives as clients again not forget Edna as well thank you for your corporation until we meet again Rudie.
Woooooooooowwwwwww McDonald's Cape Road WC well I must say ? love you guys best service ever fast, Covid-19 protocol on point, waiting time outstanding cause you don't get to wait for too long for your meal. I ordered McFeast, Coke and McFlavor fries ?????????????left my taste buds craving for more the sauce yhoooooo?♂️?♂️?♂️???that's ncaaa shadisi. This is my second time purchasing my favorite meal but ya am speechless about this meal more special those McFlavor Fries????thank you guys.

Khaya Sale Consultant for your assistance in my application process I thank you so much for being so helpful and being with me from day 1 until the end of my application. Nolufefe Branch Manager thank you for your help when you saw that Philwest Volkswagen Somerset West dealership are giving me hard time then you step in as being my former manager and being parent until things went well to a point where I finally fetched my car to Volkswagen. Am not happy with service I received at Debonairs Pizza Khayelitsha and I have concern with a guy called Brandon who work at Debonairs Pizza Khayelitsha treats customers like his children. He shouted at me as I called to follow up on my order placed via phone he didn't authorize the driver to deliver my order. I was assisted by Olwethu at Debonairs Pizza Khayelitsha and I told Olwethu to place the order for 16h15 later cause I will be still at work that time. At 16h30 I called to find about my order luckily enough the call was answered by Olwethu so asked about the order she said they tried to call the landline I provided so they couldn't deliver my order because and she politely asked to transfer to the person who's giving authorization to driver to deliver orders. Which is Brandon when I spoke with to find out the whereabouts of my order so that they can arrange the order again he raised his voice as if he speaking with his child. He simply forgot that he still speaking with the customer here not his stuff members I even told him to calm down as I was going to suggest solution to the problem as I saw that am at fault here instead he raised his voice and told me there are many robberies that are happen to Makhaza as his poor excuse not to authorize the driver though the delivery address is in public space such as Makhaza Shoprite Centre at Nedbank even told next time placing my order to Nedbank Makhaza if by mistake there were unable to reach they can still send the driver cause I will still be at work that moment to pay up my order. He lack some characteristics of treating clients fairly here and poor customer service as leader if he's one. Now I ended up have to wait +30 minutes tops for my order he made it seems like am doing him a favor here. And please kindly leave some warning messages on your apps/web whenever it's working cause clearly placing orders via phone calls it's not for me vele I already used to place my instructions on my Debonairs app peacefully not to deal to with unprofessional leaders over the phone like Brandon.

Am not happy with the service I got to Vodacom Cancelation Department I received my parcel K2112386 on the 28th of July after checking my laptop Mecer Pro 3 was working fine after connected to a wifi laptop crashed three times. When I called on the 12 Aug to arrange for them to come and take their things cause I was not happy at all they told me to wait for a 10 business day then Ram will call me to arrange pickup but ten days pass no phone from Ram or Vodacom. So I called again to find out what's the hold up only to be told I must be patient due Covid-19 regulations which I find it weird cause they were able to bring my parcel to where I work now it's difficult to arrange a small pickup for me until now am still holding my parcel waiting for Ram or Support/Cancelation Department you already debited my bank account for something that it's working at all now and I don't think I will upgrade to any of your contracts now I will have to take my business somewhere else now. Such small thing can be avoided by just listening your customer hear them out and try to get things done before they lead/escalate to social media about your services. Well thanks to Brighton Mthandazo Ndlovu from Vodacom Promenade for his excellent service and for giving me a wise plan for upgrading my contract with Vodacom I could tell that Ndlovu knew I use data alot than making phone calls so he gave me smart choice to choose data package of which I was impressed about it.
