Purchased my 2024 s1000rr from Motorrad Montana in May this year and I enjoyed it up until I took it for its 1st service during the last week of November,after collecting the bike it started cutting off power while riding,,,booked it in on the 3rd of December and I was told it’s got an ignition problem,which is common on those models…after two weeks of not having a bike,I asked for a courtesy bike because it’s really inconvenient not to have a bike during this time of the year!my request was refused,I was told that I’d be having my bike in a day or two….to date I’ve got no bike,I’m immobile and my life is just hectic,which is not fair to me cause I went for what I thought was the best bike on the market so that I wouldn’t have any struggles regarding the bike.since it’s been noted that the problem on my bike is common to the like models,why should I have to suffer in that regard? Paying for a bike and not being able to utilise it who a whole month is a total ripoff more especially because there’s no courtesy plan in place!im paying a fortune to be left stranded like this!!!!
Fnb law on call claims!!!! Tried to submit a claim via the app,it keeps bringing up an error message, resorted to texting on the my service suit messaging service,last Thursday,was transferred to chat with Refilwe from the FNB law on call claims desk,he/she avoided to assist me by telling me to wait for a call and never made a follow up on the call,later when I enquired I was told that Law on call desk can only be reached during business hours,fair enough! Today again I reached out on my service suit,I was transferred again to Refilwe whom told me to wait for a call at around 13:00,till 17:00 I never got a call,mind you this is a service I’m paying for on a personal capacity as well as for my Company!do I get any value for my money??? Then I decide to do a follow up,after 17:00 to say that I’ve been waiting for a call ,I need to submit a claim,I then chat to Levictus whom I explain my frustrations of trying to get help in regards to submitting a claim since last Thursday,and I’m told to call or send an email….guys can we please get the service we paying for!!!!

Temba Taxi association has been harassing school learners for 2 weeks now!im one of the affected parents as my kids fear going to school in their scholar transport as they witnessed their driver being attacked by the taxi patrols and them being taken to the association premises instead of being taken to school. We opted for an independent mode of school transport because of the stigma of taxis,taxi drivers and the violence thereof but now we find ourselves having to skip work in order to safely take kids to school.what does deterring kids from going to school say about the taxi industry????
Cartrack for 3 months now I'm struggling with trip history and they've since been coming to repair my unit! They don't even care that I have to use my logbook for invoicing... Worse they even make it difficult for one to cancel with them and move to another service provider! That time I'm having 4 of my company vehicles with them, each with its own problems!
Sasol @ Bosplaas just lost my business as I refused to pay R2 to use the bathroom while I'm there to fill up my tank. Sasol Bona cord serviced me better.
I bought a car for my company in January, requested cartrack to service me with a unit, they later confirmed that the unit is fitted and I started paying my premiums on the same month. Last month I tried to locate my car and was given coordinates which I followed till I found another car which is different to mine in Pretoria, and I immediately took it up with cartrack whereby we found that the unit which was supposed to be fitted on my car was actually fitted on a wrong car and I have been paying for the wrong car all this time. How do they sort out their mess? They saying I have to pay a cancelation fee so that the unit that's on the other car can be canceled and request another fitment for my car,... What happens to the premiums that I've been paying all along? "we are sorry about that"
Ive been having a contract with mtn which i was paying R320 for and not even once did i dishonor the contract.my contract was to expire in August 2022,a month before an mtn consultant called me to enquire about whether im upgrading or cancelling the contract and i made my cancellation intentions very clear. On the 1st of September i was suprised when mtn debited R1600 from my account,i immediately called the 135 number to find out why and i could not reach a contracts consultant,tried again for a couple of days to no luck then i reversed the transaction hoping to get a call back from them.then came the month of October,R2400 was debited from my account which i reversed and sent out an email to them for an enquiry which was only responded to this month saying that they not going to cancell my contract because i owe R3400 from the last 2 months. Then yesterday(2022/11/09) i went to menlyn store about this matter and i was told that my contract was not cancelled because i did not pay the cancellation fee which i knew nothing about,i asked them why they didnt debit that cancellation from my account referrenced "cancellation fee" and the response i got was that the store has got nothing to do with the telesales people so if i got my contract online or via the phone theres nothing they can help me with and that next time ill know better to come instore to deal with a physical person whom ill be abe to hold responsible when im not sattisfied about something.
pathetic fraudsters! wish.com has taught me to never do online purchases ever again.I since paid for their products in may and to this date Im still waiting for tge delivery! They dont even respond to my emails!
