I did an upgrade with Intellicell. When on the 1st i picked my new phone, I was never advised that they dont have stock. I was told they are waiting for the couriers to pick up the phone. On the 6 dec they eventially told me the truth that they dont have stock. But when the lady answers she still go on that they waiting for the couriers. So I dont think they now what honest and what is lies anymore. They lead the people on an still say they are waiting for the couriers. And if you ask to speak to management that person is not avail. and it will be escalated. The worst service ever.
Phoned on the 31 July requesting an IRP 5. Send an email also. Spoke to Chemiema. She then send the wrong time period. On the 2nd August phoned her. She advise me it will be send on the 2nd August when she is back at the office. On the 3rd August phoned as it was not received. Then she said she is still looking. Send the HR Director, Maria Viljoen and email just to tell me it will take time. They are very unhelpful. And I cant believe that people will use them. If they are this careless about paperwork. How will they be able to protect your belongings
<div>I spoke to Purple Mobile. They advise me to pay my subscription and send bank statement. My phone was blocked. But before i done this the lady advised me that if i send payment and bank statement my phone will be unblocked in an hour. Now they say i must wait till money reflects in the bank. please watch out for them.</div>
I contacted the school. We had problems last week. Then the matter was resolved. As something else came up I needed to sort the matter out. I spoke to Ronel and finance and she dropped the phone in my ear and Tania at the school just told me she can not entertain me and put the phone down in my ear. The headmaster i am trying to reach for 2 days already. If they treat the parents like this. How are they treating the learners. This is the worst i have ever experienced from people. And this people in the office are making the school bad.
The service is worst than ever. they let you talk to a answering machine and then you still dont have answers. Useless bunch
On the 26/6/2018 bought a cellphone. Did see the phone clearly at the store. Wanted the phone that is on the website. I phoned Jet Brakpan as i bought the phone with them. The manager was not very helpful. And i wanted to exchange the same phone for the correct one. As the colour was wrong. I think they give false advertising on the website just to get customer.
