I have been receiving and ordering from Isabella Garcia for the past five years. Last year July I called them not to send any more products. The current order payments would have been finished by September. In October they sent a parkage, I called without going through. I then sent an email to ask them to collect the parkage instead they started deducting, In their response they promised someone will call me. Until now I have not received any call. This is frustrating when you want to terminate their products it seems it's a struggle.
My policy have been deducting from my back account for years. I decided to change my bank account, when I went there to re install the deduction in the new account. No information appear on their systems. What is frustrating is going there to seek assistance and no one is able to assist you. They will call some head office person but still no solution. Am very frustrated as one person in this policy is very sick I totally exhausted my energy in this issue. If there's anyone who can assist me please am desperate. Regards
I have a data router from mtn of 20G per month as from February 2021 my data bundle have run out with in a week of loading. On the 23rd March I went to Mtn Hemingways to enquiry. They said they have lodged the enquiry. Now it's two days later nothing from them. It is also a frustration to call the 136 line as the options there are not giving me what am looking for. It is frustrating to pay for something you don't get
Am disappointed and ****ed off by Ackermans including the so called insurance attached to the account. I have paid off my account in June and I was told I have an death policy Insurance attached to it. I disputed the policy premiums as from August. They requested an affidavit and 5 signatures to prove if I did took the policy. No one bothered to call back each time I must call and ask an update. To cut the story short the signature did not match now they must reverse back all premiums to my account. Yesterday I called again and I was told all has been transferred. I was so shocked and disappointed today when I went there and nothing was done. Am disappointed and dissatisfied on how they do things. Tricking people to open policy insurance without their knowledge How many have they tricked.
On 15th April I paid my account with incorrect account number via electronic transfer ,I only notice that the transaction had an incorrect account number on before the 15th of May. I called Home choice and send and email with all the proof of payment. I again called them for a follow up the following week....that was actually 22 May until now no email reply or any call as they said someone will call. My account by now is over paid and I need my money back as we are affected by the pandemic but no one seem to care.
Am very disappointed with the service of Bolokanani, a company dealing with people who are grieving need to be considerate of the situation. We submitted claims last week Thursday until now the claim is still on review by a certain committee. The funeral is this weekend now we suppose to go and seek loans to bury my father whereas my mother has been paying for years.
