I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding the installation of a tracker in my new vehicle and the deinstallation from my trade-in. As a loyal customer of six years, I find the current situation completely unacceptable. On Monday, January 10, 2025, I was informed via WhatsApp that a technician would be dispatched to the dealership to remove the tracker from my trade-in vehicle. I was then told that the installation in my new vehicle would be scheduled for either Tuesday or Wednesday. However, upon contacting Cartrack on Wednesday, I was informed that due to a shortage of technicians in my area (apparently only one), the earliest available appointment for my installation is in March! I paid R880 for the reinstallation/deinstallation service in January. I find it utterly unacceptable that I am now being told I must wait until March, while Cartrack continues to debit my account monthly. How is the fact that Cartrack has only one technician in my area my problem? I fulfilled my financial obligation, and I expect Cartrack to do the same. This delay is causing significant issues with my vehicle insurance, which is contingent upon the tracker installation certificate. I am effectively left without proper insurance coverage due to Cartrack's internal staffing issues. This situation requires urgent attention. I demand that Cartrack rectify this situation immediately. I expect a technician to be assigned to my installation without delay. I will not accept a waiting period of several months, especially after having already paid for the service. I request a prompt response outlining the specific steps Cartrack will take to resolve this matter within [Number] business days. If I do not receive a satisfactory response and immediate action, I will be forced to consider alternative options and escalate this complaint further.
A few weeks ago we had some snacks after meeting i bought swiss roll at woolies kromboom; nobody enjoyed it i was very disappointed at the quality as it was very dry i proceeded to log a complaint on their website not even a mail to apologise this is very bad where is your quality even customer satisfaction. then friday 20th i again popped in at the same woolies bought those crisps potatoe sticks only to find the first bag with stale chips. no woolies you need to do better.
Bought my vw t cross at this branch firstly the pictures showed an emaculate vehicle with a very very low mileage of 7000km on the clock. I proceeded to enquire if this was indeed the mileage and got a positive yes , upon confirmation i proceeded with the deal being based in CT i could only trust the pics and my dealer there mr Masinga. When it came time for delivery got told mileage is actually 29k and not 7k. Having missed out on a vehicle in CT i felt let me not drag my heals and still take it. Upon delivery there wad tools missing, various bad scratches; bare thread tyres which they had to then touch up and respray the complete front and rear bumper. Also instead of loading vehicle on a flatbed it got driven down adding to the mileage. Got told had to do paperwork this side asked for refund on fuel as a full tank was with the agreement ; Requested fuel refund; registration refund and numberplate refund all which was never refunded. I WOULD SUGGEST PEOPLE WHO BUY FROM HER BE VERY CAREFULL FALSE ADVERTISING AND THE POOREST OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Eskom leaving people for 3 weeks with no power, when you call to follow up your on the line for more than a hour and your call still do not get answered. Power still not on the refrence is : 530893262
I saw an apalling site at Totalsports Claremont Western Cape , yesterday Monday 4th May . Amid this Covid19 pandemic , a full on pregnant lady probably like 8 months pregnant still working on the shop floor helping clients isn't this dangerous!!!! for mother and child , the helpers on floor had masks but NO gloves. How can this be right. As the pick n pay store in the same mall had just had positive cases of Covid19. TFG GROUP must look into this this can't be right. The chances of getting the virus is high without proper ppe. A mask alone can't save u. Thank you kindly concerned shopper.

I BOUGHT A ITEM ONLINE , SAID STOCK AVAILABLRE , SITE SAYS CLEARLY DELIVERY 3-5 DAYS. GOT CONTACTED TO SAY THERE IS A GLITCH IN THE SYSTEM AND THEY ONLY HAVE A 5.5 NOT THE 6.5 I ORDERED. STILL WAITING ON A REPLY AFTER THAT ITS BEEN A MONTH. POOR SERVICE
I bought a keyboard & mouse that was advertised as Bluetooth , item arrived no instruction manual inside , figured out eventually it is not Bluetooth item. Returned item driver who picked it up was very dodgy as I needed Sellotape to seal it with the bubble wrap I had put it in and to label it with the return code , collecting driver advised none of that is necessary . I gave him the item wrapped in the bubble wrap he took pic I signed and he went off. Now Takealot warehouse says the mouse that came with keyboard was not with. The guy when I asked him if he works for Takealot directly says no he works for someone else who has a contract with Takealot , which clearly means this guy was not vetted by Takealot . so they are basically accusing me of keeping stuff behind something that I explained to them I will not ever do also I don't need it at all!!! THIS IS THE WORSE SERVICE EVER!! BEING ACCUSED FOR SH***!!! ALL I WANT IS TO BE CREDITED FOR A ITEM MISLEADINGLY ADVERTISED AS BLUETOOTH !!!

Be aware with regards to windscreen. When you ensure your vehicle with miway that if you want to replace your windscreen and u don't have warranty on your car they would want to fit a aftermarket windscreen even if your car has no warranty even though the windscreen that is on the car is the original/agents. This is what happened to me , but luckily I have an extended warranty on the car. In stating that the warranty has nothing to do with windscreen , mirrors , doors etc. , warranty covers mechanical defaults etc. so has no impact whatsoever with regards to a windscreen but that is what they use to force it on you to accept a aftermarket part. I refused! stood my ground and they are paying me out for the agents windscreen plus labour obviously minus the excess. I am still to be paid out but as was discussed will happen soon. SO BE AWARE!
