Good day i bought shoes in the hub thohoyandou branch on the 29th.i wear size 5 so i got my size and i paid and left since i was on lunch....so the on the 1st wore my new shoes coming to work..as time goes i realize that the shoes are no longer fitting me nicely like its big.so i took the shoes back yesterday the 2nd only to be told we cant assist you as the shoes are damaged i asked how so the lady showed me some marks underneath the shoes so i asked my self how was i supposedly meant to walk wearing the hub shoes ON AIR for them to have assisted i would understand if the shoes are torn or the surface of it had come off but nothing of such...now I'm left with a bigger cut shoe that i cant wear....they just have too find so many to not wanting to assist because one lady says they look dusty and the next thing was that underneath sole is damage because it showed marks that i had worn of which i told them.so i guess i was suppose to walk on air in order for them to exchange
My card was retained by the machine when I wanted to withdraw money that I'm going to use to buy building sand at home so the machine in thavhani mall retained my card due to some technicalities that were caused by load shedding so I called the 0800 02 0600 number to report what had occurred ,I spoke to a lady who didn't hesitate to help she was quick then advised me to go the branch to get the card,so I went since in the mall where I also worked so upon my arrival at 15:45 found that they had closed the doors and they were people inside the bank .so I saw this lady sitting at the front desk made contact with her but she raised her hands with the what is it what you want approach,so I had to literallyake her stand from where she was sitting cz she didn't want to come n when she finally came close to the door she just said we closed not wanting to give me an ear so this lady called koni I tried to explain my story to her but all she could say was we closed and that I should come back tomorrow that's when I will be assisted ,she couldn't be bothered with what had occurred to her all I was doing was wasting her time to go home because that's all she cared about she didn't even explain in a nice compassionate way she was just pure rude that's it.i thought standard bank hire people who care about their clients and put customers needs first. I DONT THINK MS KONI CAN TELL THE OWNER OF STANDARD BANK THAT SHE IS GOING TO LUNCH OR THEY ARE CLOSED WHEN THEY ARE CLIENTS WAITING HER APPROACH WAS RUDE AND AGITATING TOWARDS ME AS A CLIENT .I FEEL ALSO THE BRANCH MANAGER DID NOT ASSIST ME MUCH IN THIS REGARD ALSO ALL SHE EMPHASIZED WAS ALSO THE CLOSING TIME OF WHICH I FIND IT UNREASONABLE FOR HER TO SAY SUCH AS BRANCH MANAGER TO even make matters worse I ask her am I able to do money cash send of which her reply was yes .of which it's not true because my card was stopped so by that I can not do any transactions cz its regarded as a" hot card".My Question is HOW DO I TRUST AND RELY IN STANDARD BANK WHEREAS THEIR STAFFITS NOT INTERESTED IN HELPING CLIENTS TO THE BEST OF THEIR CAPABILITIES WITH NO HESITATION?
I'm lufuno.i went to NTK store in thohoyandou to purchase a chemical that burns grass in the yard.so I get to till the lady scans and it scans 217.80×2 which adds to 436.60 and I'm told by the cashier 501 then I paid so when I check the slip I see subtotal is 436.60 but i paid 501 so when i went bck to the store I'm told i need to pay vat in that store hence i paid 501.90 so i asked this lady who blantly told me( WITH SMIRK ATTITUDE )they have never received complaints about this thing of VAT in their store because every one that comes in their store are charged that vat ,so I asked if its 250 in the shelf y is it not showing 250 on the slip but instead it shows 217.80 she couldn't answer she just kept saying it's vat If I were to go to any retail store they dont charge any less or more from what's on the shelf And if I see 20.00 on the SHELF and i get to the till it scans less 20.00 i pay what it scans because it might be in promo I dnt know if I'm making sense So the way NTK does its payment its misleading Subtotal:436.47 Btw:65,47 Total:501.90 That's how their slip looks So its misleading to customers because in other big retailers we are not charged in a misleading way SO WHY IS NTK PRICES WHEN GETTING TO THE TILLS ITS NOT TRANSPARENT TO THE CUSTOMERS. WHAT IS THIS BTW CHARGE THEY HAVE IN THEIR STORE THAT THEY CHARGE IN THE NAME OF VAT THIS IS TOTALLY ABSURD
I bought 2 protein clear all 1l 217.80 but when I get to the till I'm charged 501.90 they tell me that I'm paying vat of 65.47 of which I dont understand cz the slip shows 217.80×2 which adds to 435.60 which is the 2 items I bought So when I went back to query this price I was told that every customer is required to pay vat in that store of which got me wondering if they go to other retailers to get their stuff and see a price of a product they need is 40.00 and they decide to buy it and when they get to the till the price goes down would they be required to pay 40.00 or promo price bcz the item has gone down.whose responsibility is it to update prices is it us customers or the store its self.NTK I FEEL IS STEALING FROM US CUSTOMERS SAYING ITS VAT WHEN YOU SUPPOSE TO PAY LESS AND THEY CHARGE MORE IN" THE MAME OF ITS VAT" IF THEY ITEM SHOWS 100 ON SHELF WHY SHOULD IT SCAN LESS PRICE ON SLIP THAN WHATS WRITTEN IN THE SHELF WHY DOESN'T IT SHOW 100 ALSO ON THE SLIP, AND THE LADY I SPOKE TOO SHE HAD SOME NERVE TO EVEN TELL ME WITH SMIRK ATTITUDE TO WE HAVE NEVER HAD ANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER KNOW THAT IN NTK THEY PAY BTW WHEN THEY COME.I DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT IS THE BTW FOR AND WHAT IT STANDS FOR. Good day. Can wimpy staff in thavhani mall try and be fast when doing orders for customers in the morning as we all rushing for wrk so when they are doing orders they should be considerate with time, that's the only annoying part for me about them but other than that it's a good clean place to eat at ,came in to buy my dagwood but it took for ever for them to get it done.so can they try consider time.
Good day Can I kindly be assisted with my paid up letter as they have debited 1863,83 from my account yet no paid up letter . They are the ones now who are a stumbling block because I cant get my certificate clearance.it seems this collection companies when you get into an agreement with them and they get their money they no longer assist, you now have to beg them to send the letters Why do we have to bargain to get such help from them,its frustrating really 😡😡
5 stars for Cecilia in mr price thavhani mall for her effective service. The lady is so charismatic she does not have that negative vibe towards her customers she listens attentively and helps to her capabilities.so well done to her was there I bought a blue shirt n a backpack and she assisted me politely with a smile .💥💥💥💥💥keep it up Cecilia
Hi.my name is lufuno Nematandani. I have been sending emails to iq academy with regards to my paid up letter as I have settled my account with them but they keep sending me pillar to post with regards to that I was just told to write to dmc I dont even know what's that but that's the reply i got from them . They are not willing to assist me it's like they are punishing me for being under debt restructuring process.i have paid them fully but yet no assistance on their behalf. I feel I have not been assisted at all as they couldn't be bothered by it because they have been paid their money so basically they dont care
Good day I received a call from one of the pioneer debt solution personnel on the 10th sep at 8:15,who called to basically tell me that they wont be helping me with the removal of my name from credit bureau even though the contract has been terminated. I was told in order for that to happen I need to send them certificates from my accounts to them to show I have paid ,but to my surprise those things were never explained to me from the first day when I got to this They come as people who want to assist those who cant pay their debts but the truth is they actually Putting your life in death row ,they dont care all they care about is making money not people they claim to assist.so in this regard of wanting them to clear my name from credit bureau it's not going to happen until I send them certificates of no longer owing that's what I was told in point blank "WE CANT ASSIST YOU UNTIL YOU SEND THE CLEARANCE DOCUMENTS, YOU MUST GET IN TOUCH WITH YOUR CREDITORS TO SEND YOU THOSE DOCUMENTS AND THATS WHEN WILL ASSIST YOU " that's the reply I got from pioneer debt solutions. To be honest they have done me unfairly since nothing was ever communicated with me before its been over 5years but because now I have a query that's when they decide to reply with a" no help answer".They have been sending me pillar to post with their "we have escalated your query " and to be honest its annoying and really frustrating I regret ever dealing with them as they are cruel,because currently its like you will deal with us whether you like it or not
Good day please assist me with the removal of my name from the pioneer debt solution as my contract was terminated of which now I'm responsible for paying my accounts.what I dont understand why have they listed my name on credit bureau whereas their no longer rendering their services to me I find it unfair for them to do so .I have sent numerous emails for them to resolve this but no response everytime.it feels like I have put a rope on my neck with this because now I'm suffering as I cannot apply for anything yet pioneer is not helping me currently with anything but they are holding my life by the thread Please assist me in this regard
