It would be wrong for me not to take a moment to commend Lloyd for the way he handled my recent VAF deal. While there were a few hiccups along the way, he never hesitated to resolve them quickly and professionally. Lloyd has been helping me for quite some time now as my banker. His approach always being proactive and commitment to keeping the process on track giving me the greatest confidence throughout. It’s rare to see someone combine expertise with such dedication and I truly appreciate the support he provided. After having trouble for a couple of days, MTN leaving my account in Contract while it was supposed to be in Prepaid - Kyle saved the day and helped me in getting a sim swap done whilst I went up and down trying to get MTN to active the number they had made inactive. Thank you Kyle!!
I’ve had major issues between Vumatel and Home Connect for the past 2 months. From cross patches to incorrect orders, wrong object numbers. Too many issues to mention HOWEVER the minute I was put in touch with Mr Bevin Rakitla from Vumatel things started coming together. TWICE, It took Bevin waaaaay less than 24 hours to sort out the issue with my order and my fibre line. The level of professionalism and emotional intelligence is something so refreshing — in moments of frustration with a line that’s down whilst working from home, Bevin’s calm demeanor leaves no room for you to be an angry customer. He’s literally the only one I’ve spoken to that knows exactly what went wrong almost immediately and how to fix it, amongst 5+ people. Please, give that man his flowers! S/O to you Bevin. Thank you for saving my day(s), time and time again!
I wish I didn’t have to deal with you guys. The ISPs on your line are not the problem, YOU are the biggest issue in the functioning of the network. You want to constantly push all comms and blame to the ISPs because you’re just a bunch of *********** bums and I can’t stress enough how much this company disgusts me. I have had to struggle with a line release for a month. Now I am struggling with the actually connection from the network. There were also issues of my address being misallocated on the network. I’ve been communicating with EVERYONE and there is still no resolve to date. Argh you know what?! **** off
I cannot begin to express the level of Dikeledi Shabangu's work ethic. She has been so professional in the handling of my matter with VAF. Thank you a million times for your excellent communication, patience and professionalism!
For 2 days the Superbalist call center has been "closed" AND UNAVAILABLE during the stated working hours. It is getting ridiculous. I have been waiting for my refund for over a week now to no avail. No comms. Nothing. Your Twitter team is also *********** in assisting - literally no matter of urgency. `plkease sort yourselves out it is so frustrating. Order number: 21425321
Ethics is not a thing for this company. They lie, manipulate prices and don't deliver on what is listed on their contract. Wouldn't recommend - It's been an awful THREE weeks for their turnaround time of 24hours -24HourMobility??? Lies. Lack of communication. No sense of urgency.
