Your customer service is useless. Phoned the store at 14h48 and was on hold for more than 5 minutes Phoned again at14h53 to be told everyone is on lunch All i need is a site visit and quote on sound. But with this professionlism it is difficult to trust a company like yours. I'm ashamed of your service

On 31/12/2021 my battery died when I tried starting my vehicle. On 01/01/2022 I phone the dealer where I bought the battery on 18/03/2021, just to find them closed till 03/01/2022. I was advised to phone the number on the battery which is 0860120012. The number is not available. Got another number 0860072228. Not obtainable. Try Montana Battries cell number again and it is being ignored. This is the 3rd time this specific battery is giving an issue. Now I have to look at my child and tell him that we can't do anything on his birthday the 2nd of January because Willard is not available. This is pathetic client service 😡

My business almost closed down due to the pandemic and I missed some payments. On 20 February 2021 I made arrangements with MFC for payment and to date have not correspond to me for acceptance or decline of the arrangement. I paid irregardless of the no correspondence my arrangement. Beginning of October 2021 my vehicle was followed and is being told that my contract is canceled. After numerous tries I got hold of Johanna Fortein. She advised me on email to speak to the attorneys I've contacted the attorneys and they informed me that the they already have an order against me. I did not get a change to go to court and received no correspondence in regard to the process after 20 February 2021. How is this fair to a self employed person who did not get any business rescue from Government due to obvious reasons. I am being treated unfair by not being allowed to have my day in court for them to see my commitment. MFC rather wants to put a father with 3 children on the street as the vehicle is the sole transportation to bring in financial aid to provide for my family. I feel that MFC is dishonest and unfair to client who is committed and trying to have a honest way of income.
- On 20/07/2021 my package was dispatched from Jhb (Midrand) to Pta - On 21/07/2021 they ran out of time to deliver and scheduled for the next day - On 22/07/2021 they wrote the excuse "RETURNED – CLOSED ON ARRIVAL – CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE" yet they weren't here and my business is always open. - Today 27/07/2021 I phoned them numerous times and empty promises was made by SAM and the driver. The driver did not even know where my address was yet it is available on Google Maps.
Your company is allegedly getting people's information from VeriCred XPS which is illegal if not authorized by the user in conjunction with the Consumer Protection Act. The person who was asked for passed away 2 months ago. Next call will result further investigation by the Onbudsman
I received and registered an extended warranty on my HP laptop. The HDD went and I have taken it to the Kollenade branch for repairs on 17/01/2019. I asked for the repairs to be one as quick as possible. I phoned on 29/01/2019 and was promised a call back within an hour. None received. I phoned 30/01/2019. after numerous calls I was advised that my laptop will be delivered for collection on 31/01/2019. Today I phoned 3 times and was told its not there yet, they will follow up. Isaac phoned back and informed me the supplier informed them now that they will only receive parts on 01/02/2019 and try to repair it by the close of business. Upon speaking to the Manager Ettiene he told me he cant do anything as the supplier informed them wrongfully. I am being inconvenienced as all my programs will not be replaced as well. They are even unsure if the Windows 10, which it came with, will be installed. This is unacceptable as I have to loose income due to them being unprofessional and making false promises. I want a solution
