Found me a accident damaged car through one of its channels, Brought it to their attention however they failed to find a solution.
Sold me a accident damaged car which was only brought to my attention when I took the vehicle in for trade in. Made alot of empty promises and failed to find a proper solution. Please be wary when buying a car from this place and make sure all checks are done.
Booked my phone via Huawei support for some repairs and had such terrible service, my phone was sent to Sss cellular where the service was just terrible and staff was rude. I recieved no joy from this, posted my concerns on the Huawei facebook page and , English seems to be an issue where I had to constantly repeat myself.
Absolutely terrible service. Sent my mate 10 pro for battery replacement , four months later my touch doesn't work and finger print reader stops working. Booked it in for the second time and still no joy. Sad part is that I booked with Huawei and it went to these guys.
Still no feedback , Cant get a hold of your senior. Issue not resolved and will have to escalate this to consumer complaints and, probably put my experience on social media due to the lack of customer service and defective products that lg is selling in south africa.
My second complaint on hello peter within 5 months. Im flabbergasted at the service i am receiving and will soon be escalating this matter to the complaints committee due to the fact that my issue is not resolved. Took a contract in February and the phone has been in for repairs during the last 5 months. I am paying for a contract that is useless and vodacom doesnt seem to offer good quality after service.

Very poor brand and very poor customer service. LG G6 is plagued with issues and bugs and the service response from your team is equally appauling . I should have just gone with a more premium device cause it seems you guys have no clue about customer service or quality......
Hi Lg , I am currently a very unhappy customer, I purchased a Lg G6 in February and believe it or not i have only used the phone for less than 5 months, This phone has been going in for repairs ever since i have it, Please assisit me with this as i am very frustrated because becuse this will now be the 4th month that i am sending it in.
Very bad service at Umhlanga repair center, Staff cant even use their phone to communicate with clients, I have to keep following up on the status of my phone and still issue isn't sorted out attitude is bad, they keep giving me the run around, its like a circus.
