Good day. This is a total disgrace that a client who is in need of assistance has to beg and plead. And I still haven't received any help with my payment problem. It has been 11 days and still no help. The 25th is Tuesday and you will take your money with no care what so all. So disappointed in MFC
I have an 2015 Hyundai i20 1.4 fluid white car. I bought it from hyundai branch in August 2021. 1 year later my first problem was the Tyres. The tyres looked new when I bought the car but one year later I had the replace them because they were cracked and thread was gone and they were 2015 tyres. What I find is wrong that hyundai would not help to replace them. After constantly trying to call them about it. So I had the replace them for 5k. Then one week later I find out that my paint is peeling off. I get told them it is wear. But it is an hyundai manufacturer known problem. I would like to have a feedback on this issue ASAP. As I will be taking this further.

I have been struggling with Myway life for a month now. I called them beginning November 2020 to cancel my life insurance policy and I was told someone would call me back, but no one ever called me. I have sent out a few emails now and all I get is we will contact you in 48 hours that was 2 weeks back and I sent another one on 25th December and that said 48 hours but no one called me back. I am not willing to pay another payment. Sort it out.
I have been struggling with this for a long time now. I have gone back and forth with you and RCS Group. You are not doing anything to help me out. And every time I complain about it I must wait 21 days for it to be resolved. I have been complaining since last year August/September. I don't have a RCS NWJ account but On my credit report there is one that is giving me a bad credit score.
It has been two months since I contacted you and still nothing has been. I am still getting missed payments on my credit report. Of an amount I don't have. I have consulted with an legal advisor and we will be taking to further. Am very upset about the service that I have been given.

RCS NWJ is messing up my credit record. i have been struggling for to years with them about this. i called them last year about it. firstly, RCS is not help people and makes the client do there work by fight with Experian. i got them to take it of from my credit record last year and a month later it was back on. So with this bad service and faulty account. i have more then 10 miss payments against my name. My home loan was rejected due to this. I need help
Hi. I received a message from absa today. I asked to do the relief plan as my job is not secure. I totally understand that the agreement term must be extended. To cover the relief plan. But from 34 payments to 42 payments. So for a 3 month relief period they are going to extend my repayment plan with 7 to 8 months. Is outrageous, totally unacceptable and a disgusting. Please explain why you are doing this.
Hi Mrp Home on main road near diep river. Just wanted to say thank you for the great service and staff at that branch. We got there to make a wedding registry. And the scanning system was down. So the staff there told us to fill our trolley and they will manually load it on the system. We gave them 4 full trolleys. And the lady did it will a big smile. Thank you for the support and help.
