i logged a complaint against a debt counsellor on the 15th of November 2023, i got a response from the NCR on the 3/01/2024 to say that the case will be handed over to a consultant and generate a reference number its now almost 2 months and no one has gotten back to me i call in everyday and the consultants say they will send the email and yet no one ever calls back. is there any higher authority that we can take to as there's no help from the NCR
this is the 3rd review I'm writing as my previous posts was kept being removed. so as furious as i am this is the 3 try. so iv joined this company in june 2024 under debt review iv been paying them every month but they have just taken my money and never distributed anything to my creditors im now in arrears of 6 months with all my creditors and they are of absolutely no help at all. their customer service sucks and their so called "manager" Debbie Meyer has no way of speaking to clients. i urge you don't ever consider their services as you will only be ****med
i urge each and every one of you to never join this company. i made the biggest mistake of my life allowing them to be my debt counsellor. i was under debt review and my accounts where up to date as i was paying it myself when i joined the Acceptable group they assured me that they will handle everything and i have nothing to worry about, 6months later they have never distribute a cent to my creditors and i am now 6 months in arrears. i paid them every month yet they never distributed a cent to my creditors nor can they explain what they have done with my money, when asked about my money the manager Debbie Meyer gets defensive, he has absolutely no way of speaking or does not know how to treat the clients. i raised queries with the debt counsellor himself Mr Flip Van Zyl who also does not respond to messages or emails. i currently have a case with the NCR against them. i just ask that no one should trust them as they are running a **** please do not accept any services from them. if anyone has experienced the same please contact me so that we can create a stronger case against them as they should not be allowed to **** anyone else
i urge everyone never to trust this company they are a ****ing bunch of rogues. i underwent debt review with them in June 2023, i spoke to Debbie Meyer who assured me that the amount they charging me will be accepted by the creditors. i accepted their terms and conditions i paid them every month since June 2023 until December 2023, they took my money and they have not paid any of my creditors at all i am now sitting 6months in arrears and my creditors are threatening legal actions, i did raise this with them but these heartless assholes don't care a dam. i even sent emails to both the manager Debbie Mayer and the Debt counsellor Flip Van Zyl yet they both do not respond. my credit profile is so messed up that i cannot even qualify for a cellphone contract this also is affecting my job applications as my credit profile is so bad. do not trust this company as they are all *******, if anyone has also experienced the same please contact me so we can build a strong case against them and ensure that they are shut down and no one else experiences the same.
absolutely unprofessional ****s!! they have been giving out information to a 3rd party about my finances which was also incorrect information. they have contradicted and went against the popi act. they have never contacted me rather have been sending sms's and contacting my father who has no authority or Power of attorney over my affairs. they have absolutely no ethics and have no process of working. i would definitely take this matter to the highest authority i can for them giving out my information to a 3rd party without my consent!
i visited the Vodacom repair center in umhlanga on the 01/08/2022 as i had damages to my phone when i got there, i advised the guy Chandley Starkley who came to assist me that i wanted a price on the repairs to my device and he contacted someone in my presence and he informed them about the fault and they gave him a price of R999 he asked them again in my presence if that was including the labor and all the cost and the person on the other end confirmed it was correct so then he informed me about this and also told me that they was running a promo and i booked my phone in and was advised it will take 3-5 days. soon as i got home i got a call from someone that told me they they assessed my device and its R2700 so i informed them that i was quoted R999 so that's the reason i booked the phone in the lady said ok she will check and call me back the next day i got an exact same call and when i told them about the R999 quote they said they will call me back which they never so i have decided to call them back yesterday afternoon and after a while they have advised me that the quote of R999 was incorrect and that the gentleman was not supposed to quote that and all that but in my presence he made a call and someone advised him of this which was then mentioned to me. its not my problem the amount was quoted incorrectly and i request my device is repaired for the amount they told me of R999. iv been a customer of Vodacom for the last 15 to 18 years i have more then 3 contracts at any given time. should this matter not be resolved i will definitely move my business else where and i will advise everyone i know never to consider Vodacom
i have purchased 2 continental contact sport tires in November 2020 and i paid almost 7000 for those two tires due to Covid and working from home i hardly used my car. to my surprise a week ago i took my vehicle to a tire shop as i picked up a nail on my back tire and they inspected the front tire and it already started to ware and i hardly use my vehicle and in the 2 years of having the tires i must have only done about 7100kms. i contacted tiger wheel and tire in ballito who asked me to speak to the rep which i did i sent him pictures and the wheel alignment report without even inspecting the tire the tire they said theres nothing they can do to help, im guessing they "assumed " that because i drive a high performance car i must have damaged the tires but i have advised them to come inspect my back tires on my car which was previously on the front and i changed it when i purchased the new tires, the tires at the back has way more life then the ones i replaced new and they must be over 5 years old further to that I'm not an idiot to damage tires that i just spent 7k on and in addition to that i have 2 young children. please assist me in this regard as I'm absolutely unsatisfied and i would not recommend anyone to purchase tires like this.
i have done an online purchase for a cadac budget pack gas cooker. the site mentioned that there was only 10 left in stock so i done the order and payment and was informed delivery will be done on 1/05/2022 ( i done the order on 14/04/2022) two weeks has passed and i called the call center on the 3/03/2022 as i did not get any delivery and that's when they said there was "apparently no stock" and i would have to wait or i can request a refund. i opted for a refund to purchase it else where but until not i have not got a refund as yet and when i called in today they say its with the online department to resolve the matter, what matter is there to resolve when you guys false advertise and they you don't want to pay my money back. this just ****es me off and the pathetic service you guys offer as well as advertise when you dont have stock!! i urge guys not to order online!!!!
Absolutely paretic service from these guys i order stuff online for my anniversary only to be disappointed by stuff that has been miss. i urge guys not to use these guys as this is the worst service ever and thigs are constantly missing, i request a refund from these guys as i would not want to use them again.
fishaways ballito has yet again disappointed, this is now the 3rd time in which we received an incorrect order and only realizing it after getting home and due to living a distance away its difficult to drive all the way back. on Sunday evening i had purchased two hake calamari and rice combo for R49.90 and upsized the hake to medium for an additional R10 and ordered a portion of chips as well the meal came to around R130 or so after getting home we realized that both the meals did not have calamari at all, on a different occasion i had order the better for 2 and upside to medium hake but got two small hake. the service is really pathetic and the missing portions is very disappointing. all pictures and receipts for yesterdays purchase are available.
