Receive statement today 5/3/26 Shows overdue . Made payment on 28/2/26. Phone but have to hold for more than 5minutes . What an useless accounts department . I can never speak to them . Mysterious department at Adt .
App bad news . Upgrade useless . Keep on changing but gets worse
The bakery bread slicer is out of order everytime I go there . Something to do with a plug . Same problem everytime . Spoke to manager Christo . To be repaired on Monday . Not prepared to deliver to my house on Monday .
I was charged R3 on my account for a declined *****ulently fransaction . They tried again at a lower amount & transaction was approved . Apparently you not going to reverse my decline fee . Highly disappointed in Capitec .

What a wonderful experience I had at Ryobi Midrand . The Reeds Centurion major piwer outage for 8 days . Primary Substation had a fire . Repair to Generator done with 60 minutes . What great service in an emergency .
Can't change my in-contact messages for email on the app or online banking . Was told by FNB online phone by a consultant . I must waste my pension to pay for an uber to go to the branch . In the highly technological age I must go the branch . I thought banks want limit clients from going to the bank . Ridiculous
Phoned this morning for a car to come to my house to protect me . They refused . Really ridiculous . I pay my Account religiously .
