I want to know why my Payment has gone up by 27%. I notice that there is a 27% increase in my payment since Jan 2025. Jan R13498. Feb R13498 , March R17206 What is this all about? On 16 August I ordered a Sunbeam Pro Convection Oven SPCO-1200 to be delivered to 8, Macadamia Apartments, Orange Street, Orange Street, Mpumalanga, Nelspruit, 1200 On 17 Aug I received a SMS that the Oven had been delivered to that address. I have been at that address the whole day and there is no sign of the oven here. What happens now? Hopefully it is not my job to trace it now? I have been waiting for almost a month for a guarantee to be supplied by FNB Private Bankers for a property I am purchasing. Since my first complaint to them on 22 Oct, I have been receiving a runaround and list of excuses that are just not acceptable. FNB seems to shield their nonperformers and there just is no way to contact them. Telephones are generally not answered. I enclose a copy of my second compaint to them:Thank you! The lack of service from FNB is disgusting. 22 Oct I am getting absolutely no service from personal banking. I have been battling for two weeks to get a bank guarantee for a property I am purchasing. I arranged for an investment that has matured to be held in my Cheque account for the guarantee. Today I received an SMS to inform me that the money will be re-invested. I do not want to have it re-invested. I simply want my so called personal banker Simangele.Mndebele@fnb.co.za to do the job she is presumably paid to do, and arrange the guarantee. I am totally disgusted by this show of incompetence and lack of interest. I have not discussed it with the branch or banker as they simply don't answer the telephone. I have been a client of Hi-Tech for the last 28 years. Their service has always been exemplary with a very high degree of professionalism. They certainly make Nelspruit a more livable place in these gangster times. Thank you to all their friendly, dedicated and helpful personnel. Your efforts are appreciated by many.
I am totally impressed by the professional way that all their employees appear to be committed to client satisfaction. It feels like a welcome breeze blowing through the rather dismal lack of interest in our country.
I have continued difficulties with Telkom. It is impossible to get e-mail contact with them. I have the suspicion that they do not want the customer to have any record of transactions with them. One of their numerous glib agents gave me the number 021 001 7500 to phone, but there is no answer there. I am an old person and hard of hearing. All I want is an e-mail address with a live person at the other end that I can contact. Could you perhaps assist?
lately I have been pestered by Telkom agents wanting to renew my contract. They rattle off a list of enticements which I cannot hear because I am hard of hearing. My request for an email discussion gets the response that because I'm a pensioner, I get a special rate that they don't want me to disclose to the public?? I had a Vodacom data contract for two years without any problems. When I canceled the contract, the problems started. About a year after the cancellation, they started sending me SMSs that I owed them money (Which was incorrect) I was paid up till the day the contract was canceled. Vodacom has handed this case to a 3rd party who after 3 years, still send regular annoying threatening messages. I will never have any dealings with Vodacom again.
