Ordered Pizza Hut through Uber Eats. They left the pizza outside my gate on the grass ants went in the pizza. Even though I left instructions to dial my house. When I call CS it takes me to a call center in the Philippines!!!! The lady says they will escalate it. My children is hungry at home and I must wait for them to escalate the matter!!
How can you allow customer to use a site like eDreams through your booking site?
Watch out when booking on Skyscanner through eDreams they subscribe you to a yearly charge at R229 per month without sending you any communication. You think you're booking a ticket but you're getting subscribed to a service and is charged monthly. The company is based overseas there is an SA number but the call does not get answered
My husband resigned a contract with them in Nov last year where he could share his data with me. Today the dara sharing was cancelled. When he called to enquire he was told that you can only share your data with a contract number and not prepaid!!! Are you guys even right in your head MTN???? Why would a person need to share data with a contract number!!!!! When we ask the agent how could they do that when we signed a contract she couldn't answer!!! We will definitely be porting our number after being with them for years!!!!!
I called and emailed on the 15th on September to have my subscription cancelled. After speaking to an agent who confirmed the cancellation, I got debited the full amount today when I wasn't even supposed to be debited!!!! I want a refund and my subscription CANCELLED!!!
The absolute worse customer service!!! Last year I emailed Matrix to confirm that my device was still active.... I got no reply!! I called to cancel my subscription after waiting a few good minutes to speak to an agent when I finally did he came on the line greeted me.... put my on hold without telling me..... came back on the line and stayed quiet while I heard the noise of the call center in the background!! Needless to say I couldn't actually speak to someone to cancel!!!

I have requested a quote 2 weeks ago. I was quoted R942 for a comprehensive cover on my car and household contents. A week later when I decided to proceed with the quote it went up to over a thousand with only fire and storm cover on my household contents. When I queried this, I was told because of a claim I had 3 years ago the premium increased. I sent the agent Talika Naidoo the quote she sent me with the full comprehensive cover and cheaper premium. She keeps telling me that it is with the underwriters. I am furious because I'm trying to get this sorted out before the 1 Nov but she is not returning my calls. She didn't even tell me about the premium increase and the cover changing from comprehensive to fire and storm. When she was reading her manual, I noticed it changed and asked her about it. If I didn't and someone broke into my house and stole my contents I would have not been covered, thinking I was. Clearly 1st for Women have enough customers and don't care about getting more.
In 2020 I claimed from the department of labor after getting retrenched due to covid. I just had a baby and when I put in my maternity claim it was rejected. The reason being, I claimed in 2020 for retrenchment and it's not 4 years from that claim so I can't put in another claim. How ridiculous is that????? The previous claim was a retrenchment, and this is a maternity claim!!!!
I made a prebooking for my vehicle for 4 day in which I paid for prior to leaving my vehicle at the airport. When I returned and was leaving the boom gates would not open in which time the operator said that I should pay R900 AN ADDITIONAL TO WHAT I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR which will be refunded!!! I'm trying to call Airports Company SA the entire morning with NO ONE THERE being able to assist me!!! I don't have the whole day to try and contact you guys to get this sorted out
