I have been calling and sending emails since the 30th of May 2025 requesting a paid up letter and I’m not getting any assistance. You guys were quick to call me every second day to request a payment and now that I’ve done the payment, I am not getting my paid up letter.

I received mutilated bank notes from the Mall of Africa store on the 25th of November 2024. Contacted the store and head office to inform them as it was my second time of going back to the store because of an error that was caused by the sales assistant. I'm still sitting with the bank notes, and no communication has been received on a way forward. I currently reside 45km's away from the store.

I had the worst experience at Spec Savers Fourways Crossing recently. On the 20th of March 2024 later in the afternoon I went, and I got tested for my new pair of the summer promotion and placed an order. After spending a total amount of R7000.I finally went to go and collect my glasses on the 2nd of April, when I got there my sunglasses had not been taken to the lab because the sales assistant thought that they didn't have to go in for whatever reason, which I found very unprofessional. When I called a week later to find out on the process because I couldn't see the order status on the tracking link, the glasses had not been sent to the lab. On the 10th or 11th, I can't remember the exact date, I called in and stated my concerns about the new glasses because I was struggling to cope in a room that has lights on ever since I got the new pair of glasses and I was told that the optometrist is fully booked, and I can only get a date for the 15 of April 2024. As I'm writing this, I am currently using my old glasses to work and be able to fulfill my other daily activities.

I spoke to a lady called Phinda Okuhle Mbuyane in regards with my premium being to high and she gladly assisted me and reduced it to an affordable amount.Her service was extremely excellent.
We did a funeral claim for my aunt last month and the money hasn't been paid.Its been over a month already and every time when we call we are told that the call has been escalated.One of your consultants promised to call us back yesterday and we are still waiting for that phone call.We had to borrow money so we could bury my aunt in dignity all because of your incompetence and now we need to pay that money back with interest.This is totally unacceptable.
I had a contract with Telkom which ended December 2016,A week ago I get a call from a debt collector agent claiming that I owe Telkom .I have been calling their customer service everyday and I just keep getting transferred from one agent to another and with no help.This is unacceptable as its affecting my credit score.
My Telkom account was handed over to them in 2016 and we agreed on a payment plan.My last payment to them was on the 31st of December 2016.I have been requesting a paid up letter since January 2017 and I still haven't received anything up until today,I call them on a weekly basis and they keep telling me that the letter will be sent to my email address which was provided to them on numerous occasions.On the 7th of August 2018,I received a phone call from Telkom claiming that I owe them money,so I decided to contact Nudebt again requesting the paid up letter,the consultants gave me a run around they kept on transferring my call to the next person up until I spoke to the supervisor who told me that the is no outstanding Telkom account under my name and she doesn't know why I haven't received the paid up letter,which she still couldn't provide it to me.Now I have Telkom calling me and demanding money which was paid in 2016.
