Bought a display laptop at hi fi Corp Westgate mall cash yesterday , the frustration does not there after I tried to get assisted by a chat bot , it said sort out your frustrations with the branch manager 😳😳😳I don't know the service for branch or the whatssapp, I still don't have my laptop 😏

Good Day I am 3 months in arrears I have tried to pay but every time I want to make a payment, there is no easy pay number ,I was helped very well by a settlement last month who advised I call on the 26th then I can make payment, I have been saying that I don't have a phone so I am unable to access the app ,I need account number or easy pay number ,I also called this morning tried making a payment ,but the lady was irritated ,the call dropped whilst I was trying to understand what is the reference number and what do I say when I go and pay at the store , a need to pay before I use the money and you disconnect the services, last time i asked payment and arrangement department no one called i ended up calling back, can someone assist me at list debit the account
