My son bought a vehicle from Hyundai Bedfordview. We purchased the vehicle with two sets of keys. A while later we released that the spare key did not belong to our vehicle. We returned the key, and they indicated that they would look for the spare key or replace it with a new one. It's now been three weeks we have communicated with the used manager and the dealer principal but have not received any update.
About two months ago we bought a lounge suite from Russells Alberton. The two-seater recliners started tearing at the back. Russells sent someone to have a look. They only took the middle cushion with them and now we haven't heard anything from them. My husband must phone them the whole time to get feedback. In the meantime, the seat section and the one-seater recliner have also started coming loose. We contacted Russells again but have not received update any feedback as to the way forward
MY ACCOUNT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE CANCALLED IN 2022 BUT IT NEVER HAPPENED DUE TO A FAULT ON THEIR SIDE.THEY ARE NOW CHARGING TWO DAYS ADDITIONAL VIEWING. I AM RECEIVING LETTERS FROM A LAWYER THAT I OWE MULTICHOICE X AMOUNT THAT IS IN AREARS. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED ANY ACCOUNT AND ACCORDING TO THE ELECTRONIC SYSTEM I AM NOT IN ARREARS. I HAVE MADE CONACT WITH MULTICHOICE CALL CENTRE ON 26/07/2024 AND 7/08/2024 AND HAS BEEN PROMISED FEEDBACK ON REF NUMBERS I170 AND I128.
I am not happy with the service I am receiving from Telkom. My contract was upgraded when I spoke to the agent I was not informed that I still have to pay extra for my devices. The agreement was that my monthly payment will stay the same. They have admitted in an e-mail that I am paying the incorrect amount. The e-mail was send to the relevant department for feedback but it is almost two weeks with no feedback. It is now two months that I have been billed the incorrect amount. I need feedback as soon as possible from them.
MY WIFE AND CHILDREN WAS SUPPOSE TO TRAVEL JHB ON 22 DECEMBER 2019. DUE TO A PROBLEMS WE HAD TO CANCEL THE TRIP IN THE BEGINNING OF DECEMBER 2019. ACCORDING TO THE COMPANIES WEBSITE WE ARE SUPPOSE TO RECEIVE OUR REFUND WITHIN 15 DAYS. AFTER NUMEROUS CALLS SINCE DECEMBER , WE HAVE BEEN FED LIES AND EMPTY PROMISES AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED OUR REFUND. THE NEWEST VERSION TODAY IS THAT THEY WOULD REFUND 15 -21 DAYS FROM THE DAY OF TRAVEL. BESIDES THAT THEIR EMPLOYEES LIE TO YOU, DONT CALL YOU BACK THEY HAVE POOR TELEPHONE MANNER, AS SOON THEY RECOGNISE YOUR VOICE THEY JUST PUT THE CALL ON HOLD, OR CUT YOUR CALL AND SPEAK TO YOU DISRESPECTFULL MANNER. THIS ALL FOR A PAYING CUSTOMER.
I booked 4 tickets in October from Margate to Johannesburg in December 2019. I couldn't go anymore so I cancelled the tickets. This was in the beginning of December. I am still waiting for my refund, everything I phoned to follow up they promise to phone me back, but it never happens. I spoke a few times to Patricia but no luck. I will never recommend this bus service to anybody and will never make use of them again.
I cancelled my buildings insurance in September 2018. I requested the home loans department not to debit me for the insurance part as it was cancelled. I've called the home loans and insurance department on many occations to have the insurance part credited to me. It has now been two weeks, many calls, emails, speaking to 4 different advisor and a manager with no luck,no proper feedback or any money. I want someone to sort this matter out
I want to share my bad experience with Huyandi Germiston. I took my vehicle in for a service my stuff got stolen out of my vehicle. I reported to the Workshop manager. He promise to phone me back I am still waiting since Tuesday.. I will never ever make use of their service again..
<p>unfortunately i made an incorrect payment into lancets bank account.I have sent them mails, supplied them with corresponding documentation to prove that the paymnent was made, I have contacted them since 27/01/2017 and spoken to various call centre agents,they are giving me the runaround informing me they cant finfd the payments,the money is in a supsnede account,and per mail informed me the matter will be sorted withing 5-7 working days.</p> <p> </p> <p>i am fedup and out of R600</p>
