Bought 2 items with TakeALot on 29th Feb 2025 they sent wrong items to me, I then logged a return but they kept sending me the same items over and over again. I then instructed the security at my estate to no longer open for TakeALot if they are coming to deliver anything to me. Last week went to krugerdorp branch and they can't even find the parcel I have not received any refunds their consultants told they will come back to me still waiting, I will never buy anything from TakeALot just horrible service
They lie about of the service, sent my A45 amg to the branch at horizon they only changed the oil, air filter and oil filter then they called me and wanted to charge me an extra R4300 to change cabin filter and spug plugs as we speak I bought plugs and sitting cause they want to add extras just finish the service do not send your car there if you don't want to cry
Bought a production from TakeALot they brought but it's not I actually ordered then I logged a return they came and took it back, few days later they show up again to delivery the same product they just put it on a much bigger böx and kept the old inside, this is totally unacceptable
Went to McDonald's hillfox drive through, and I was charged 3 times. I sent emails with attachments of my bank statement showing that I was charged 3 times but McDonald's is refusing to refund me.
I settled a capfin loan a day before applying to African Bank worth R30k and I received R8k when I enquired they told me they have paid off my loan with capfin on my behalf but I have already mentioned that I have already settled the loan with capfin as we speak me & family are homeless because of African bank
I have mix telematics tracking device where you can track the car online, the app hasn't been working for more than 2 weeks now, tried calling them more than 4 times on their emergency service line which 011 654 8050 no answer, I kept on trying got hold of Thula Maduna who gave me attitude & I'm unable to track my car till now
The best insurance company by far, premium is very affordable, they paid off my vw golf 7 gti without giving me any trouble or run around ........ A lady by the name Leza Koen deserves a medal, promotion or a salary increase efficient and very professional please keep up the good work!!! God bless
I was involved in accident 2 months back, myself and my 1yr old daughter was rushed to hospital, I had a fracture on my leg, my daughter had spinal injury so she was transferred to Sandton hospital and they over charged us on the surgery by 18k & bankmed settled the account, thanks bankmed
I have joined virgin active constantia kloof in January and I regret this decision, the guy who signed me up told me it was on a month to month base but only to find out it was a 2yr contract. I paid my premiums even when I was not using the gym for 3 to 4 months R625, I went there same time 2 query my account spoke to the manager Paul he was rude, unprofessional & arrogant. He told me that if I don't pay my account I will be blacklisted.
