Ordered on the 9 today is the 20th still no sign or update on the delivery. I emailed them and they asked me to confirm my unit number but still haven’t confirmed delivery. I think they are more worried about shipping to influencers than their actual paying customers. I’m so disappointed. I had high expectations
I have been trying to downgrade my account from private to premium from March, I have followed up 3 times already. Everytime I follow up I am told a banker will call me. They never do. This is really annoying and I feel like I am being held hostage. Apparently I need to wait again for this banker! I need this done ASAP! This is my money that is being taken here!
I took a contract for 2 phones for my sons in December 2023. Added insurance for peace of mind. Last week Sunday I went and lodged a claim because one of them accidentally broke his phone when it fell. All went well but I was told that they can not locate the insurance on the phone I am claiming for, yet confirmed that they have received the money. The lady who helped said I must not worry as they will figure it out since it’s a n internal issue. I left, after 2 day of no update. I call the store they say the lady who was helping me was busy and she will call me back. That never happened. I called again the following day and the guy I spoke to said that they can’t pick up my son’s number. Could be that he had the SIM card in sim 2. I didn’t know what that meant. He promised to call me. Still has not. No feedback. Today is a full week on no update whatsoever on a claim. I’ve never missed a payment but this is the service I get. Nonsense service really. Today is Sunday and I need to go there again because no one has the time to give me a call and give me an update! I’m super annoy at this point. Which I could take this contract to another service provide like Telkom at-least they have treated me good for 2017
I should have read the reviews before signing up, these people are horrible. From the beginning of the month I have not been able to connect anything to the internet but my TV, R840 debit order goes off every month though. When you need help they turn you to an IT specialist instead of sending someone to come assist you! I just need someone to assist me, seems like no one cares!
Where do I even start! Webafrica is the bottom of the barrel when I comes to service! I don’t even know how and why is still operating because it’s a ****! Ive been with them for over 2 years! Never missed a debit! Problems started in November mid, my internet stopped working for over 4 days. Getting that fixed was a mission because no one works there. They will transfer you until you are blue in the face. That was eventually fixed. Again on the 28th of November the internet stops working again. I call, send messages until I get to talk with someone. The internet was not fixed until Dec! Obviously I didn’t pay because how am I paying for something that I don’t have. After facebook complaints, sending DM’s still I’m. It assisted. I have not had internet from the 28th of Nov till date. I was told that they will refund me and cancel but till today nothing. They are not even following up! Can someone help me. What else should I do! I’m really defeated now because this is bullying. No one cares! They are just a bunch of unprofessional and rude people. Anyone please help me, get this thing out of my house!

I bought a second hand car cash in 2016 October from CMH UMhlanga Isuzu, the car is a 2008 grey hatch back Yaris. at that point I paid administration fees of approximately R5000.00 and an extra R2000.00 for them to polish the car, I even paid R7000.00 to purchase an extended warranty. Everything was fine. At that point I needed the car immediately of which they agreed to do and we agreed that I will have to return the car to have it licensed and for them to change the licence plate and ownership. Also they still had to book the car in to be polished. Due to unforeseen circumstances this could not be done and I do take some part of the blame for not going out of my way to get this sorted out in time. The manager at that time which was Kurt told me that I need to come in and get it sorted. So the problem started in June 2018 when I phoned the dealership and asked to speak to the manager, I was advised that Kershen is the new Manager and I need to spake to him. I spoke to him and told him the whole story. I was even speaking to him via whataspp but every time when I spoke to him he would tell me that he will get back to me and he never did, until I had to call him again or send another message to him. He will always ask me to repeat the story again and again though I have explained it to him several times. At the moment I do not have a valid licence disk so driving the car is a risk to me, I don't have the sale agreement because all my documents got lost when my house my broken into. The last time I spoke to him I told him I was going to escalate the matter and he did not seem to care. He is not willing to help and at this point I don't want to even speak to him again. he is rude and has not regard for his clients. I need the dealership to sort of my matter or refund me all my money so I can sort myself out. my records are still on the system and he tells me he cant find them, it was 2016 for heaves sakes not 1996. I don't understand why he cant find my details on the system. I want to know if my matter is going to be sorted out or am I being scammed because I paid a lot of money for this service.I am running like a headless chicken like I bought the car on the street!!! and that is unacceptable. This is horrible customer services making your clients feel stupid and unvalued. How does a person like Kershan Marimuthoo even becomes a manager! he is a terrible customer services personnel and a bad representation for the company!
