This is my personal experience on 2 different occasions. 1. I've been betting and made several deposits and kept losing. Eventually on my last deposit I took a bet and won a bet, which recovered all my money back. When I tried to withdraw the funds, I couldn't and the system was prompting me to play more before I can withdraw. I called the call center and was informed that on any deposit, you need to bet 55% of that deposit be you can start to withdraw. I was totally annoyed because I had just lost a lot of money and recovered it and I was now told to bet more. So basically they do not care about all the money that you've lost previously and that's not taken into account. Just wanted everyone to be mindful of this because when we deposit money into the account, there's no check and verifications and no worry in the world as to where the funds come from, but when you are trying to withdraw your winnings then there's plenty of checks and verifications that needs to take place................ 2. I won 2 separate bets on the same day and after the tax was deducted, the funds was in my account. I cashed out and my funds were pending and needed to be verified. 4 hours later my account went into a negative balance and then about 20 minutes thereafter went into an even bigger negative balance. I immediately called the call center and explained that I have missing funds in my account. I was told that they will look into it and a supervisor will be in contact with me. 2 hours later, I call back and explain myself all over again and was told the same thing again, a supervisor will call me back. I made 2 more lengthy calls after that and right at this point, I have not been called back. I was told that the 2 bets were not winning and that in one leg the horse that I chose, ran 2nd. I asked the lady to explain on how I got paid out if it wasn't "All Clear" like they normally do in all races. She couldn't answer me. My winning bet had been changed into a losing bet almost 4 and half hours later after the funds were in my account and the winnings taken away. Hollywood Bets has pathetic Customer Service and really needs to look into it. They do not care about their client and we are simply just numbers to them.
Another failed delivery by Net Florist. Father's day, 16 June 2024. A very Special day all over the world for many Father's and Dad's. We were sent Father's day gift from our family in USA and expected to receive this on Sunday 16 June 2024. The driver arrived at our Estate after 4pm, got lost in the estate and left with out delivering our items. How silly and stupid is this driver??? If she was lost, why did she not contact the sender or the receiver or ask the security guards for directions???? Noooooooooo she left and didn't come back on the same day but returned 3 days later, yes 3 days after Father's day and this time they only delivered 1 item out of 2??? What a disappointment. It's now 5 days later and the Father's day gift (2nd one) has note been delivered. I just don't know why people still use these over priced idiots with pathetic delivery services.
This review is for the Lacoste Mall of Africa store only and based on my experience. I went to the store to purchase a tracksuit, polo, and sneakers. Upon arriving at the store, I was not even greeted by any of the staff. I walked around looking at all the products and was in the store for +- 10 minutes without any assistance. I thereafter walked out the store without making a purchase.
At the last Decorex while the set up was on, some driver (exibithor or contractor) ran over my ladder in the ba*****t parking area. I reported to the Tsogo Sun head of security. He took down my number and did not get back to me to this day. It's been 3 months so far with no feedback. Please be careful if going there because they clearly don't care about your well being.......Horrifying
It's a very long story to type out so I'll just summarise. I took a loan on 4 tool items (that I packed into a wooden storage box) and when I went back after 3 months to take back my items, I was only given back 3 items. I was in a hurry and did not check the items received and just took it back home. 3 months after collecting the goods I realised that 1 item is missing and went back to the store. I got no assistance from the store so then sent an email to the Head Office. After receiving a reply saying that the store owner cannot assist because it was too long ago. I went to the Head Office, had a meeting with the Operations Manager only to be told that it's my fault (which I agree to an extent). I was told that when goods are not collected it goes back on to the floor for resale, but why was I not contacted to collect my item that was left behind at the store that was fully paid for???? To me, not much was done to investigate this matter. I'm done was Cas Converters.........for Good
I was there to book in my laptop for repairs. When I went to the repair department, there was no one to assist me there. I went over to the guard and she asked me to ask the ladies at Customer Returns to see where the guys from repairs are. There was a very rude white lady sitting to the extreme left (when the customer is facing her) of the Customer Return desk. All I asked was if she could assist in checking where the person from the Repairs department was. She was so rude and used a lot of hand gestures saying that I should just sit there and wait and that she is not from that department. She went on to say that it means she needs to wake up from here, go all the way around to the other side, just to check where that person from the Repair department is. This lady should not be dealing with customers because she has no customer service skills. She is a ticking time bomb just waiting to explode and it's a pity that her interaction with me brings down the Pinnacle name.
I booked for weekend and stayed there with my family. Dont have any problem with the place but the way this situation was handled. We left 2 jackets behind when we checked out. When we got home and realized, I contacted the Lodge and they located the jackets and kept it at lost and found. 3 weeks later when I went to fetch the jackets, they could only find 1 and the other jacket was missing. The manager made some calls to staff that were off to get more information but still couldn't locate the jacket. I did not collect the 1 that was there because I wanted to collect both at the same time. I spoke to a manage there and u fortunately didn't get his name and he said that they would replace the 2nd jacket because it went missing from lost and found. After many calls this week and speaking to different people, a lady by the name of Linda calls and say that she has the 1 jacket and I need to collect it and if she finds the other 1 she will let me know. I told her that, that is unacceptable because the jacket was found in the room and went missing from lost and found. This means that someone within Riverstone Lodge stole the jacket from lost and found. It's not about the jacket anymore but principal and values. Absolutley disappointed with the way this situation is handled by Linda who is one of the Directors at Riverstone Lodge.
I turned 37 on the 25th of August 2020. My Sister who lives in USA sent me Champagne and Wine. The price she paid compare to what they sent is CHALK and CHEESE. The actually robbed / cheated us. She paid R799 for a bottle of Sparkling Wine and they sent us a bottle of R199 Sparkling Wine. No one has replied to us since. People should know this, when you send someone a gift..... they wouldn't check the price with you. Netflorist...... is sending out cheaper items than you paid for. Rouge Madhir Choods.
Leroy Merlin came into SA from abroad and boasts that they have everything under one roof. The have nothing Jack ****. On 2 separate occasions after researching online and trying to call the store with no answer, I decided to drive there. When I got to the store and checked with the wood department for the laminated pine sheets for R79, I was told that they were out of stock. I let it go, looked around and left. Last week, I was looking for marine plywood in 15mm, so again their website showed available stock but when I got there, there was no stock. It's such a pity, a big hardware store with so many staff who just chat to each other instead of customers. Shame.... Poor Old Leroy Merlin.........Go back to where you came from.
Big for nothing. Boast about all they can do with no customer service. They have the Ross 24L compressor on sale but when looking for it, there's no stock. I researched before driving and found that Builders Cedar had 1 in stock. When I arrived there, the sales assist informed me that that dont have stock. I told him that on the web it shows that there is 1 in stock in his store. He then checked and told me that the 1 in stock was returned by a client. He took it out and tried to power it on but failed because it didn't power on. I was so disappointed but sat in my car in the parking lot and decided to call the Builders Warehouse call centre. I called and was waiting for over ten minutes and then cut the call. I then decided I would do the live chat, which was an epic fail. I started the chat and 5 minutes later there was still no response and I was chatting to myself. I then dropped that and called the call centre again. I waited for 12 minutes before an agent answered my call, she seemed very concerned and helpful but didn't deliver in the end. I explained my problem and what I wanted, she promised to find out which store has it and get back to me. 11 hours later and I'm still waiting....... Lmao...... Bottom line is........ Builders Wareouse is a Big Brand name with All talk and No Action. No Service.... No Delivery....... Will not be going back there EVER.......
