I placed an order at 16:27 by 17:00 my order was ready for driver's collection. However my order has not arrived and it is now 20:15. I called customer care twice and tried cancelling my order but the agent told me a driver has already collected and they can't cancel. I tried calling their call center and they are gone. So I am sitting with no order and both the store and call center are closed. This is absolutely disgusting. Please process my refund. I DO NOT WANT THE ORDER ANYMORE. DO NOT TRY AND DELIVER TOMORROW BECAUSE NO ONE WILL BE HOME
I was under debt review with Debt Busters and one of the requirements was that I have life and funeral cover through IDM Protect which is underwritten by Centriq Life. I completed my debt review in May 2025 and was contact by the insurance department and I agreed to continue with my life and funeral insurances even after debt review, however nothing was debited from my account so I assumed the insurances were not continued. Then on August my account was debited R400, so I contacted IDM Protect to reverse the money and cancel the insurance because as far as I am concerned, I am not insured since they did not debit my account for +- 2 months. The lady tells me that I won't be refunded because I did not put in a cancellation, my question was and still is "put a cancellation on what? because I was under the impression that the insurance never continued". She repeated the same thing like a trained robot and only cancelled the insurances. All I want is my money back and that's all. I did not budget for your company and this is putting me out of pocket. Yes, it is only R400 but it is mine and I want it, PLEASE.
I purchased a Hisense 26L Mirror Microwave from Takealot on 26 June 2024. Unfortunately, it stopped working on 3 February 2025 (it powers on, but the buttons are unresponsive). I contacted customer care and was provided with reference number 1963084. On 7 February, I received a response from Thabang requesting the microwave’s specifications, which I promptly provided. However, there has been no follow-up since. Today, 20 February, I attempted to call customer care but the call was answered, placed on mute, and ultimately disconnected. At this point, I no longer wish to have the microwave repaired and request a full refund.
I placed my order on Pick n Pay ASAP at 15:21, it has now been over 3 hours without my ORDER and 4 unsuccessful calls to their call center. I was placed on hold because the agent was calling the store only for them to hang up on me. I am furious!!
I am a Vodacom former employee over 6 years ago and we were given numbers at the time. When I resigned I was given the number and phone I was using to continue using, I have now lost my phone with the sim and customer care is asking that I go back to my former employers for the sim swap. I have since moved from JHB so how am I supposed to go my former employers to get the sim swap done. I use this for my banking and everything else so this number is everything to me and having to change this will be a serious inconvenience. Zinhle the agent was very rude, nonchalant and very dismissive! I am disappointed in the service and treatment that I received because it was never like this. Vodacom agents were empathic and about customer satisfaction.
I ordered and paid for pizzas online Chris Hani Mall at 17:24 and 2 hours later I have not received my order or a call from the store. The driver William called me over an hour ago to say he was on his way. Calls don't go through when I try and call the restaurant. The service is appaling and disgusting.
My sister and I sent in claims for our late grandmother on Tuesday, 27th September 2022 on our icover policies. I received an sms within 20 minutes of sending all relevant documentation with claim form. They went quiet after that until my sister called them on Wednesday and was told payment would be made on Thursday, 29th September 2022 by COB. However nothing was sent. I called this morning (30 September 2022) to enquire and was told that claim was sent for payment yesterday but to my surprise I haven't received the money. What is so painful about this whole situation is that my grandmother's funeral is tomorrow (1st October 2022) and there's still monies outstanding that have to go to the undertaker. The reason I took this policy was to cover such expenses but Sanlam is taking that away from me. The undertaker is calling me every half an hour to follow up on payment and I have ran out of excuses. I did not need this kind of stress at a time like this, I can't even grieve the woman that raised me because of Sanlam's incompetence. This is unacceptable and disgusting honestly.
I deactivated one subscription from my account that had my showmax and activated it under the other subscription but everytime I log in it says I'm free mode. I have been trying to get assistance from DSTV live chat and their call center since Wednesday with no assistance and two service requests later. This is ridiculous service. They give you advice that doesn't work. I even gave 2 of the agents my log in details and they couldn't do what they were advising
Can somebody please provide me with real feedback. My package has been at customs since the 12th of October 2021 then moved to Aramex destination facility on the 14th of October (this is according to the online tracking) then nothing since. I called to find out what the delay is with my order, the customer service agent told me that my parcel was still at customs and transferred me there only to be told that I have to pay duties (which I know) so I asked for the invoice and was told they have a backlog and I'd receive it in 24-48 hours. My order was supposed to be delivered on the 19th and no one called to tell me about this "backlog". Can you please send me the invoice urgently as I need those items for next week Thursday (28 October 2021)
I don't understand why Mr. Price changed their website because the new one is useless in every way. I've been trying to checkout since Saturday, I follow all the steps and even goes as far as sending me an OTP but every time I click "PLACE ORDER", It gives me all kinds of errors. When you try the online support, you are told that the "website is under maintenance and to try later". Your agent didn't even probe as to when the problem started was just told to try again later. This is ridiculous.
