At first I was a bit scepical also thought they were ****mers but a friend of mine assures me that they were legit, paid my money for them to start the process then 3 months later im debt review free💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽after been on debt review for 11 years. On the 2nd of January 2025 I went to Renault zambezi to purchase wiper blade for my vehicle, when Installed I realize that the passenger side wiper blade was wrong, I went back to Renault zambezi within an hour after purchasing to request for the right 1, only to find out that they did not have it, then I requested for a refund, I was given the electronic transfer indemnity form to fill and that I should return it with my copy of ID and proof of banking detail and I did that on the very same night. I explained that it is rainy season and I need the refund to purchase another wiper blades, up until today on the 14th January 2025 I have not received my refund, I tried to call the cashier that was assisting me at zambezi to enquire, I am told that her line is busy or she is out. I am stressed because I need that money to buy another wiper blades.
I will never buy mr price online, i have bern waiting for an order that i placed on the 4 September 2022 for store collection, today its 19 september 2022 im still waiting, my aitime is finished because im always calling mr price online to enquire about my paid order
I have been waiting for my mr price delivery that i ordered on the 4 September, im everyday calling mr price then on friday 16 September i enquired at mr price they said the parcel is with city logistics and its out for delivery, today its monday 19 September im still waiting for delivery.
African bank handed over my account to lgr attorneys, i have been paying lgr if which my last payment of agreed R300 was on the 29 july 2022, niw im receiving countless calls from african bank regarding the payment, saying that i did not pay, their calls are irritating because they call me 5 times a day and i try to explain that i paid. Kundly deal with LGR.
on the 01 February 2019 I bought a Whirlpool top loader washing machine cash and it was delivered. on the 11 April 2019 I reported that the machine is no working, on the 18 April 2019 people from Whirlpool came and they said that the machine has a factory fault and they will come and replace the machine. seeing that a week past without hearing anything from the whirlpool people I reported the machine again at Makro wonderboom on the 28 April 2019 and spoke to the manager of appliances department and he promised to make followup and will call me. today is 02 May 2019 nothing is been reported. phoned Makro wonderboom 3 times today to want to speak to the appliances manager only getting rude switchboard operators who transferes me and not been able to speak with that manager. it is cold and Im no longer used to wash with my hands that is why I bought the washing machine. i am no longer interested in that machine anymore and request that Makro Wonderboom to come fetch their machine and refund my money I will go to another shop that will sell me good quality working washing machine Not so happy client Veronica ********** 082
on the 2018-10-04 at 09:37 I phoned LGR Attorneys regarding my African Bank account. the lady that answered the phone told me that the person dealing with African bank accounts is busy on the other phone so she will ask that person to call me back. the guy did call me back at 10:10 using the ********** 508 number. I explained my reason to call regarding my account and explained that I know that I missed my September monthly payment. I explained to the guy reasons why I missed my payments and also requested to have my monthly payment to be reduced to R350 for six months as I am struggling for now being a single mother of a son that is currently doing matric and busy with his matric dance arrangements and will be also going to pay his tertiary registrations that's why I requested the 6 months monthly payment reduction. the guy told rudely told me that my account is ready to be taken for legal actions and I must pay R350 today on the 2018-10-04 of which I explained that I don't have, I also explained that, that is why I phoned them to explain my situation rather than keeping quiet. he said that I must at least pay R200 today or tomorrow and I also explained that I don't have. he rudely said He will take legal actions regarding my account if I don't pay today or tomorrow. I asked him if he was threatening me with legal actions, was is it bad of me to call their office to ask for reduction nah. LGR attorney call centre agents are so rude its like not been able to pay an account for them is like punishment.
Good day On the 2018-08-29 RAM Courier delivery employees came to deliver my parcel with waybill tracking number K ********** . I had my green barcoded Id and Proof of residence and I produced to them, they say I must give them a copy of my ID of which I did not have only had my ORIGINAL ID DOCUMENT AND PROOF OF RESIDENCE with me. I told them that I am quickly going to make a copy of my ID of which I did and when I return the have already left with my parcel. I contacted RAM COURIER customer care to explain my situation and said the will instruct the people to return to me. of which the never did. I request the parcel to be delivered to me as soon as possible. I also request to change the delivery address to my home address that is 743 BLOCK C, MABOPANE, O190 reason been that the delivery address that I provided is my work address so I am on leave starting from today 2018-08-29 .the rudeness that I got from the delivery lady and her driver waa shocking..i want Ram to deal with them and also request feedback.
