False adverti*****t from evetech. According to the ad on their website a workstation pc with a RTX 2000 Pro gpu comes with an adapter. Pc gets delivered and no adapter or GPU box to be seen. Phoned them and they told me it doesn't come with a adapter, but my previous workstation did come with an adapter. Said they would order a mini display to display port adapter, still haven't heard back. Really disappointing from evetech why advertise something you are not able to provide?!
Can't get a hold of ticketpro regarding a refund for my cricket tickets. Have sent a bunch of emails and tried phoning a number of times the line just goes dead. No care what so ever from them.
Useless service from Wesbank. Paid my last installment and I have a positive balance that is owed back to me. Now I need to get a proof of payment for a transaction that happened more than a year ago which was a transfer on the app before they will refund me my money.

Money just suddenly disappeared from my account, while trying to figure out what was going on, on the chat with Tsholofelo he just ended the chat while I was still busy asking questions. Don't understand how purchases had no impact on my available balance and now all of a sudden the available amount sits on R0. ******* service from FNB and there staff.
I can't cancel my fibre. Tried doing it with their online chat but it doesn't allow me to do it. Says their operation hours for a Saturday is from 9am. Tried chatting to them at 9:20am and it just keeps giving me the automated message. This is just ridiculous
I haven't been with home connect for 2 months and this morning I see they just debited my account. Why? I paid all my money why are you debiting my account?
According to your escalations department I requested a early line release from home connect on the 8th of March. When asked if I can get the audio from the call to hear where I asked for a early line release no reply what so ever. All I asked for was for a line release confirmation for the 1st of April. And I'm pretty sure if I listen to that audio I will hear the 1st of April. Now I paid a full month just for 12 days of service and you are trying to pin it on me that I asked for a early release. Please send me the audio of the 8th of March and please also state a timestamp where I asked for my line to be release early.
I cancelled my service and my line was supposed to be released on the 1st of April. I paid a full month for the month of March and now on the 13th of the month my line has already been released. So I paid a full month for a half month of service. This is unacceptable.
