No returns, no exchanges. Just faulty furniture that can't be reviewed to warn others on their site by the way. They have turned into a **** over the years.
Picture this, you joined Vox service plan for R535 on the 8th of July 2024, get an invoice of this bill on the 24th of July 2024 stating it will go off on the 1st of Aug 2024. Come 1st of August 2024 now your bill is R1 035 because apparently you can charged prorata plus the Aug month in advance (all this with no communication). So, your account is now suspended and when you call their accounts division you have to wait one hour before someone picks up the phone. You give in to their charge of R1 035 that they didn't communicate to you but now you are unable to because their app claims your phone has not activated the cookies. Goodness so you make an immediate payment on the banking app then wait for another hour trying to call accounts about your duress payment, they tell you even with immediate payment you have to wait 24hrs for payment to clear. So now you must buy additional data so you can work and not get fired. Please use any other service but this. It has not been even 30days and I am livid already.
I should have known by the bad website that I'd experience a 7 day headache. These people don't answer phones, emails or phone calls. They are so quick to take your money but not delivery or update. I'm in need of supplies but can't go elsewhere because I used my funds with them 😡😡😡😡
Nice packaging and turnaround time. Ordered on Friday received it on Monday. My issue is the Bicarb I purchased was supposed to be a kilo but received 2 800g instead.
Minnie the floor consultant was friendly, she called the warehouse to check if our order was available, and the warehouse gave us the green light to make the purchase. After waiting in line for 30mins we finally made our purchase, we opted for the collection option and so were directed to the next building. Cool. After waiting for another 30mins I had the shock of my life... 2 different customers who came after us were assisted before us. To my dismay I walked up to one of the employees who took our invoice, her name is Rochelle, I wanted to ask her why are we being sidelined? She did not have a coherent answer just "we will help you" answer, nonchalantly may I add! I went up to the other guy in fury this time as they were making no sense at all. He also said "we will help you" yoh my goodness! One of the clients who was behind me but assisted first, purchase the exact same mirror as mine but guess what??? Hers wise nicely packaged in box with foam protection. Mine? Handed to me just like that! Haibo! I had to protest to get a box, which was just given to me like that so I can box it myself ?? Time for our recliner couch now... It is broken and can't be sold ???? ?? ??? ??? ???'? ???? I have never, in my 33 years on earth, experienced such a horrid service in one sitting. Greatly disappointed. I will never buy anything from any Decofurn because of this experience.

I bought some hi ball glasses but received stemless short glass instead. After sending email after after equiring why this happened I am being completely ignored. I WILL NEVER SHOP FROM THERE AGAIN. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THIS COUNTRY!
I have gone to this salon for a total of times and every time I leave, I leave with an amazing experience. All the complains I have been reading are the Joburg ones, ladies please come to Pretoria. They are so amazing and in demand that another Bob cuts was opened right next to the one I use.
It is so sad that after years of being a customer at takealot they would treat me like this. In August I made a purchase of a couple of things, charger cable being one of them. When I realized that the cable that came in was not compatible with my Samsung S6 I immediately logged on to Takealot and requested a return for the cable (I even mistakenly purchased 2 of them) but there was no need to open the second one as I already knew after opening the 1st that it is not necessary to open the second one as it was the same thing. A week later the cables were picked up by Takealot. Few days later my return was declined when I called to ask why I spoke to a lady by the name of Elzita who said that I had returned old and used up cables. I was highly annoyed that one I was called a fraud and secondly a thief. When she sent me an email about "evidence" of the cable conditions I was mortified as she sent me pic of white old cables and I had returned brand new black type c cables. This goes to show that Takealot does not have any control over their employees, they exploit and use the clients in whichever manner they wish to. I asked to speak to the manager they not only claimed not to have one but they also don't have a complaits office. REALLY??? No manager, no complaits office? A big national company does not have those 2 things? Alright then, I asked to someone else then cause I need to know what is the Takealot process when it comes to returns I was forwarded to Insauf, she sounded knowledgeable and promised to run an investigation then get back to me. I swear a week passed with no word from either of the 2 ladies. I called in today waited for about 20min then got told that Elzita and Insauf are in the same team they will only be in at 13h00 (why was I not told this 20min earlier?) chile I also don't know! Anywho, I believe Takealot knows exactly what they are doing, they've been recycling products from clients for years and bypassing time by means of "investigation" until you "forget" then onto the next one. I used to trust them so much. NEVER AGAIN! That was the last ever purchase they will see from me.
