Unfortunately no review if u don't give at least one star! Typical of an arrogant SA company used by TEMU with no customer services. Phone until your airtime is done with no answer. We on the 2nd Jan 2026, and still no package delivered nor any update as to when it will be delivered. TEMU and this company needs to be investigated as to how they were chosen to do deliveries in South Africa. Most useless and pathetic bunch. DO NOT EVER USE THEM unless you are okay with and willing to struggle. This set-up by TEMU and GFS Express needs to be investigated for possible ****ming of clients.
Spur family app. What a lot of nonsense! Have been trying to register to no avail. Get to the verifying code part and get stuck there. Code doesn't get send or this registration process is a mess. Even the poor waitress ladies tried to no avail. Pathetic useless nonsense.
Have been a client for a long time now. So far, their customer service is very good. Pricing for the different packages is good, although the buying price still needs some work. Maintenance is done annually as promised and no issues in that regard. Good job all-round from them.
We were recently introduced to this restaurant, and I must say that the service we received were very good. Although it took some time to get a waiter due to the place being packed, we eventually got our order in and the food came quickly. Food was great and properly prepared. Well done and keep up your performance.
Very poor service from these people. I received an mail regarding my annual package increase, but once new debit order went through, i realised someone was "*****ing" a extra R4,00 on my debit order. I lodge a complaint on 02 June 2025, but to date received only promises of "investigation" with feedback to follow. These people doesn't care about their customers, jence this pathetic service so far.
We booked for a week at Weesgerus and it was not bad, but it is clear that the sleeping issues needs to be attended to. It's not good to pay those fees, and find two single old steel base beds of which the mattress's is not up to standard. The second "sleeper" area is nothing more but two build in bunks with sponge cushions for mattresses. Other than that, all was okay taking in consideration that they were going through an industrial action. They really need to look at replacing the mattresses and find a solution for the other sleepers. For that price, I would expect a decent bed for all the guests and not only one pair who gets actual beds and the others a piece of sponge on a build in bunk.
I'm forced to give one star. I contacted Adt Secure Drive for a tracking device for a vehicle. All "paperwork" and debit order were done via the phone with promises for installation. From there my experience with these people became nightmare as at the first installation date came, the technician "booked sick". For a few days, nothing, nadda from them until I phoned again. Was given another date, but again a no show or call. I phoned again, and again had to hear excuses of "technician sick". They then went quite again and on 24 Feb 25, i phoned again to be told they can instal only on.04 March 25. I then said no, i will rather cancel this deal and the lady then said she will come back to me. They can do installation on 2 March 25. This all after 7 calls from my side alone. This is a concern how customer was treated as what will happen if they're really needed. Hopefully some Manager will act and correct this technical departments poor services!
Unfortunately I have to give them a star to make the review, but by golly, after 72 months of paying my premiums, now all of a sudden this bunch come with "shortfall" issues (debit orders for 72 months). Also had to fight as they decided it is worth it to take a double payment on month 72 and I struggled with the call center as they couldn't help, so I had to resolve it on my own using a lot of airtime. Some of my calls to them lasted 49 minutes. I for one will never use them again and I have shared my experience with them with my family and friends. U can call them,l and arrange things, but be prepared that the end result will be a mess. They should be ashamed and now I will have to do the change of ownership part. I dread to think what mess will await me during this process.
Service delivery at Meadowdale and Lambton branches is poor. 1.Regularly one has to wait for food at the drive through. 2.There is always some excuse and blame on suppliers who failed to deliver "sauces", "sugar free coke". We mostly.buy the nugget meals or the cheese burger meals, but it is a struggle to get the preferred sauces from them. 3.The persons manning the drive thru order system needs attention. Regularly when arrivat home, one or more faults/mistakes is made with tje orders. McDonald's service delivery has really went downhill if u look at what we were given when they opened their stores in South Africa. Lead times on a regular basis is bad, shortages of stock, especially the different sauces.
For more than a week now, Meadowdale branch doesn't have sweet & sour sauce. We then decided to drive ti Boksburg branch and very disappointedly had to learn that even they don't have the sauce. This is the inly sauce the grandchildren take with their nugget meals. Basically it came down to them eating their meals for a third time without sauce. This is oathetic.
